It's called a 'spinningout powerbomb 1 or 3 (I can't remember which one)' in SYM. In practice, it's starts like a backdrop suplex but then the opponent gets swung across Cena's chest to a sidewalk (Bossman) slam. It's a pretty cool looking move.
