Guest the pinjockey Report post Posted May 3, 2003 That was a disgrace how the announcers spent the second half of the game bashing Cechmanek. The first goal was his fault, but after that it isnt his fault that the defensemen are letting the Sens skate wherever they want. Cechmanek should get an equal share of the blame as the rest of the players. No more than that though.
Guest Slingshot Suplex Report post Posted May 4, 2003 Why are Vancouver and Minnesota not playing till tomorrow night .....then IF the series goes to a 6th and 7th game, they are scheduled to play Wednesday night in Minnesota and then Thursday in Vancouver? Guest CanadianChris Report post Posted May 4, 2003 The weird thing is, if Ottawa, Vancouver and Anaheim all lose, the Ottawa/Philadelphia and Dallas/Anaheim series would both go seven games -- and both series would STILL be over before a Vancouver/Minnesota Game 6. Guest treble charged Report post Posted May 5, 2003 1-0 Ottawa early on. Remember when the Sens had an early lead in game 6 of a 2nd round series that they led 3-2 last year? What happened in that series?

Guest CanadianChris Report post Posted May 5, 2003 1-0 Ottawa early on. Remember when the Sens had an early lead in game 6 of a 2nd round series that they led 3-2 last year? What happened in that series? Two big differences: Curtis Joseph was in goal instead of Roman Cechmanek, and Ottawa wasn't at full strength. And why must history ALWAYS repeat itself? All 3 game 6es are tonight, according to NHL.com ...and Cechmanek gives up yet ANOTHER SHG. btw, I found a positive about the Leafs losing - I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Cancun with my gf. The negative - totally out of the loop as far as the playoffs went. I've been spending the last couple of days catching up...
