Yes, This could become what the Tommy John Surgury was for MLB Pitchers.

So would we call it the "Scott Hall Surgury"?

Paul E. should just agree with Vince once, to then see if Vince will go in the opposite direction.

-- Kurt Angle has heat with some people in the company right now for not giving Brock Lesnar enough offense at Wrestlemania. It is thought that he took responsibility for booking the match and did not do a good job and that every sequence was designed to make him look good in the end.

Well damn! Did they want it to be any more of a foregone conclusion that Brock was going over?

-- There is also some heat on the Rock for the promo he delivered on Monday night. The feeling is that Rock is being treated like such a special attraction and is naming off all the people he has beaten and it's making the rest of the roster look bush league.

So Rock comes back and puts over TWO Raw stars while HHH destroys pretty much everything in sight, yet it's the Rock who's accused of making people look weak.

-- Triple H spoke out against jobbing to Booker T. He argued that babyfaces should not be transitional world champions and that Booker should only win if they plan to make him a permanent main eventer after the loss. He argued that Chris Jericho was hurt before because the company did not back him and he did not want the same happening to Booker.

That just goes to show how serious they are about creating new stars.

-- The reason Paul Heyman is in the doghouse right now is that he was very vocal about wanting this Wrestlemania to be the show where the new guard went over the old guard in every match. He was most specifically vocal about Shawn Michaels v Chris Jericho, calling Shawn a "ratings disaster" and claiming that putting him over anyone at this point is not a good idea.

At least someone gets it.

It's when I read stuff like this that I'm sad that Paul Heyman sucked so much with money.

I keep thinking Heyman wants to Book right? But he doesn't like the Money stuff...Shouldn't NWATNA be perfect for him?

Most of his old crew is there anyways...He got his High Flyers...He never had good main eventers anyways...

He would have Freedom...So what's stopping him?

Brock should have been made to look like more of a bitch than he already did himself in that match.

-- No one is buying Kurt Angle's six-week recovery. At the least, he is looking at a 12-week recovery. Lots of wrestlers are skeptical that he is taking medical advice from Scott Hall, with Austin said to be very openly critical.

I thought WM was supposed to be his last match ever....I think smarks a getting a bit too overdramatic

The Rock is get this, SUPPOSED to act like he's better than everyone, it's his character.

-- Steve Austin is now basically retired due to his neck injury.
Just like WM was supposed to paralyze Angle?

He argued that Chris Jericho was hurt before because the company did not back him and he did not want the same happening to Booker. He also argued that he needs to be kept strong for Goldberg. The two are scheduled to headline the first RAW PPV in June.

Can't say I disagree with anything Trips said.

-- Vince McMahon made the decision to shorten the cruiserweight and lengthen the Undertaker's match.

I thought the cruiserweight match might have actually been worse than it was with more time. You can only move at the speed they were going for so long.

Paul Heyman: Smark Savior

-- There is already a running joke among the wrestlers that Steve Austin, the Rock and Mick Foley will return just in time to headline next year's Wrestlemania.

I don't really see the joke other than Mick Foley

-- Lots of head shaking over the Undertaker being allowed to be so dominant in a handicap match.

This pissed me off alot. Truly stupid decision by Vince to push this Nathan Jones guy. He is the biggest disgrace to big men ever and this match disproved all the smark talk about Vince's hard-on for big men. If he had such a boner during this match he would have put someone GOOD in UT's partner's place in this match and made it seem like an epic or even make it a dramatic handicap.

-- As of right now, the plan is for Rock to leave immediately after Backlash and probably not return for 6-8 months.

Surprise Surprise Puppy Surprise

-- Steve Austin will most likely be staying on RAW in a figurehead role.

...After he was "fired", and why would he just be in a figurehead role?

Didn't Kurt himself say he was risking death by wrestling the match?

What idiocy. It was great that Kurt controlled that match, because that's exactly the sort of match Brock needs if he's going to last as a main eventer. He can't just squash people, and its a waste of one of his major strengths, bumping and selling, to have him just crush someone like Angle. And of course Angle deserves to look good, he too is a main eventer. I personally thought it was as even a match as it could have been without seriously risking Angle's neck.

Re: Austin's criticism because its the treatment Scott Hall used - yep, OK Steve, please fuck off now. Austin's still the same nasty gimp he was last year, bitter just because his neck's fucked. What right does he have to criticise an alternate neck treatment when his own treatment has proven that in the long run it just hasn't worked? He needs to get over his problems with Hall, its over, Austin won that little political battle. Assjockey.

Re: Heyman - shit, now I have to re-evaluate that entire report, because this little tidbit indicates it was written mostly by Paul. Why do I have trouble believing that Heyman really wanted all the "new guard" to go over? Sounds like Paulie boy's a little upset that he was abruptly removed as the focus of three Smackdown Wrestlemania matches. Here's to hoping I never have to see Heyman on TV again.

God forbid anyone else but Brock come out of that match looking good. Brock won so he looks good, and if Angle looks good too then that isn't a bad thing guys.

12 weeks is better than never.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't HHH make the same speach on HHH appreciation night. At least it is The Rocks character to say things like that.

Thats a shame. If it is true thanks for the memories Steve.

Well I'm Shocked.

God forbid the Hosses don't get ample time to stink up the building instead of a match that might entertain people.

Heyman should know better, the truth and common sense have no place in a WWE booking meetiing.

I could see that happening.

I might give a shit if it was anyone else but Big Show and A-Train.

-- As of right now, the plan is for Rock to leave immediately after Backlash and probably not return for 6-8 months.

(There goes my reason for watching Raw.)
