According to numerous WWE sources, Chris Jericho and Bill Goldberg had an altercation backstage at Raw last night after the show ended. The two men were in a corner backstage and began talking, reportedly about their situation in WCW where Goldberg did not want to work with Jericho because he thought he was too small. The talk escalated into an altercation, with the men throwing punches and rolling around on the floor. From what I was told, none of the punches really landed and trainers broke the fight up before either man was hurt.

Goldberg is proven to be a liability and moves into Steiner territory.

HHH: Don't worry buddy! I'll throw in a few good words for you with Vince - talk about how well you worked with Shawn and Hogan - I'll get you into a program with Nash and it'll be fun.
