Actually his size could make for an interesting heel character if used properly. Of course he couldn't be a "monster" or a "bully" heel, but those are only two types.

 

Some small guy running around shooting his mouth off to bigger guys and keeps running his mouth as he gets his ass kicked. And somehow he escapes with wins against the bigger guys who get fed up and challenge him to a match to "shut your punk ass up". It could make for an interesting character. They'd have to be very careful with the character or it would quickly turn into a face character ala Austin.

 

 

However as we all know if the writing staff sets out to do something it will usually go bad. The good stuff is usually unplanned or by accident.
