To any of you who have seen the match, how is it? Worth a look? What would be it's rough star rating?

It's interesting, not one of their best matches but the Kawada TC win and the Tokyo Dome crowd deffinatly make it worth while. ****?? sure why not.

It isn't something I'd recommend that you go out of your way to see. The heat was gone by this point, and Misawa was working nearly crippled. Kawada turns in a fine performance carrying this over ***, but there isn't much to get excited about here. It's fun as a novelty to see AJ run the Dome, but beyond that, this was a pretty underwhelming 'climax' to the greatest feud of the 90's.

I'd recommend it to only those who are interested in seeing all the matches in their rivalry. As a stand-alone match I still thought it was very good but there is alot of better AJ stuff out there worth tracking down before this. Not something to avoid but something to go after in context of the Kawada/Misawa feud.

If any of you have seen the WM XIX match between Austin/Rock, I think WWE swiped the ending to this match, and pretty much the basis of the story. Rocky had never beaten Austin on the big scene, yada yada yada. So it took Rocky THREE Rock Bottoms like it took Kawada three powerbombs to win the big one. This match isn't as great as other Kawada/Misawa matches, but it certainly isn't bad.
