Oh people he's a Laker fan so why bother...just a front runner!

Last time I checked this wasn't the correct forum to attack my taste in basketball teams. But just for your information I'll tell you that I have been a Lakers fan for about 20 years. My guess is that is probably longer then you've been alive. So next time you want to attack me do it in the proper forum and have your facts straight first, moron.

Bwahahahaha...longer than I've been alive? Get your facts straight sunny boy I was ballin with George Mikan before you were suckin on your mother's teet!

Bah...people don't know how to take jokes. Oh and I'm a Warrior fan now THAT is commitment...bitch! RETROLOL1969

But "whom people want to see" and "money draws" go hand-in-hand.

If people want to see somebody, they'll pay to go see them.  If somebody doesn't draw, then people obviously don't want to see them that badly.

They only go hand in hand if you generalize the wrestling population as a whole like you just did. I would spend money to watch American Dragon & Christopher Daniels. That doesn't mean that "marks" would, so that pretty much throws your hypothesis out the window.

Inexposure.

But you can't use that argument in this case. We're talking the WWE and Nash and HBK and HHH. Inexposure is not an excuse.

I absolutely can use it in this situation. Your statement was ""whom people want to see" and "money draws" go hand-in-hand." People obviously wanted to see Mick Foley...how big of a draw was he? The Undertaker? Diesel?

I mean, look at the Kilq now. Diesal, HBK & HHH have never been "deal breakers."

Well, I guess not enough people wanted to see them, or people didn't want to see them badly enough, otherwise they'd be considered a "money draw".

"Money draw" indicates people will get up off their couches and pay to go to a WWF/E show to see them perform. Having a bunch of people say "Hey, Foley's awesome, I love that guy" is different than people saying "Hey, Foley is in town, let's go see the WWF!"

"Money draws" are guys like Austin, Hogan, Flair, Rock (to name a few). People can't wait to hand over their money to see them perform.

It sounds to me like you're basing your "money draw" theory off of the wrestling "boom" period. The way I see it, people go to the live events when the shows come to their town.
