Well AndrewTS, the WCW Power Plant was always a joke, nothing new there. They probably had 15 minutes of "how to take a bump" and thats it.

I don't know the exact role of Finlay in WCW, but I swear he was a road agent. Of course, the WWE and WCW road agent have very contrasting responsbilities (ex: WCW road agents only helped with match lay-outs and finishes).

Whatever--the fact remains that in WCW the women learned jack shit. Goldberg is a Power Plant product, and the Plant churned out a ton of green nobodies. So it looks like it is even worse than OVW as far as effectiveness.
