Guest Johnson1620 Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 Isn't it obvious by now that he hasn't got what it takes. And yet every day we have people saying "Give Booker the belt!" Why? So he can kill the WWE like he did 5 times, 5 times, 5 times, 5 times, 5 times in the wCw. Give it a rest he'll never get it and the Clique owns Vince.
Guest razazteca Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 yeah Booker T is not white or half even
Guest wwF1587 Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 i didnt watch alot of wcw so i dont know if he was really part of killing that company... i am starting to believe what your saying though... its quite sad though that the clique has to run the show... after RAW tonight its quite clear that noone not in the clique will ever be champion on RAW unless they all get injured or have to retire..
LaParkaYourCar Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 You really think Booker T killed WCW? The fans like him and he's entertaining. They've never even given him a chance to run with the ball. Only one of those 5 time WCW titles was in the WWF and at that point everyone knew Rock was going to beat him. He's never truly ran with that title in the WWF/WWE.
Guest Just call me Dan Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 I think tonight made it clear that he won't win the title. He may even win the 6 man Sunday, but the title is beyond his grasp. He could benefit from a big move to Smackdown and be pushed as something major (they have a real lack of star power), but he'll retire more than likely at WM XX to run his business and tonight's shift from a good math to a Clique schmoz killed his title hopes.
Guest razazteca Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 Booker T did not kill WCW the nWo and all of its bastard mini groups did it.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 Trips isn't going to job the belt to anyone but a Clique buddy these days. Van Dam should have won it in Sep. And Booker should have won it at Mania. Fuck doing the right thing, let Hunter keep his fake belt and finish killing off RAW
Guest JHawk Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 Guys, let's face it. They couldn't give us a fucking finish to a 20-minute World Title Match. Either they actually want to keep Booker strong for an eventual title run, or this company is dying faster than we imagined.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 Do you think on Tuesday when the ratings come out they're even shocked anymore why they can't pull a 4.0?
Guest Johnson1620 Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 Booker T did not kill WCW the nWo and all of its bastard mini groups did it. Giving the belt to non deserving tomatoe cans is what killed the wCw. The mini groups didn't help, neither did Russo, but it wasn't the nWo. Giving the belt to no talented mid carders didn't help any either.
Guest newblood03 Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 i cant believe this stupid asswhole thought Booker killed WCW. he is fucking crazy. He was a Main Eventer in ehat the last year. WCW was not killed by him. it was by stupid decisions and kevin Nash. Booker was one of the few highlights towards the end of WCW. Give me 10 VALID reasons why he KILLED WCW then maybe me and others will consider your view point.
Guest Lightning Flik Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 Do you think on Tuesday when the ratings come out they're even shocked anymore why they can't pull a 4.0? It'll gets to about 3.5. If lucky. I'd be surprise if it gets up to about 3.3. What I'm thinking is it drops to about 3.0.

Somebody delete that flaming crap out from in the middle of an intelligent discussion.

Oooo let me go against what everyone else thinks and get all the smarkie nerds panties in a bind and I'll be soooooooo cooooooool on an wrestling message board. OH and I heard a rumor Kobe and Shaq like to drop the soap in the shower. LOL2003

Anyway, being a wrestling fan for close to 23 years now I think my opinions have some validity. Just becasue they aren't the general concensus doesn't make them any more oe less valid. At least I've got the sense to realize there is a place for flaming and it's call No Holds Barred. You and newblood03 should check into it.

Still, 3.2 is tops... *since I get TSN, I'm watching the ME for the first time* Ok... I'm sorry, I'll stand by 3.0. *winces* Ugh.. This is bad booking.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 An old black guy from WCW has no chance at winning the Vince belt. Meanwhile, it looks like our next champion will be an old white guy from WCW.
Guest CanadianChris Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 But remember, it doesn't matter what we think. HHH said so.

Nash had alot to do with the destruction of WCW from the Goldberg streak to dropping The Giant on his head to using Rey Mysterio Jr as a lawn dart and the unmasking.
Bored Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 God still didn't learn a sense humor...your hopless! Oh and by the way on July 3, 2000 on the Nitro before Booker T first won the WCW title, Nitro drew a 2.3 rating. Obviously WCW was already in the toilet at that point. Oh and after Booker T won the title Nitro's ratings were above 2.3 for the next THREE MONTHS. Yup Booker T sure did kill WCW. Thank you for showing us the way...BITCH! RETROLOL1978
Guest Human Fly Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 If Booker doesn't deserve the belt, then who would be a good choice in your mind?

That sounds about right, except for the lawn dart part. C'mon, that was *funny*.
Bored Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 If Booker doesn't deserve the belt, then who would be a good choice in your mind? Nash or HBK duh because THE CLIQ OWNZ YAZ DUDEZ!

Those things were happening when wCw was a contender. Booker didn't get the belt to later on. And Bored, let's see those numbers. Oh, and don't forget to include before the nWo and after the nWo and all the ones up until Booker got the belt. I'm sure you see my point.

Here ya go sunshine: http://www.100megsfree4.com/wiawrestling/p...cw/wcwnitro.htm And see your point? That dredging up the same old wrestler who buried the #1 draw in WCW at Starrcade '98? Soon after was the finger poke of doom at the beginning of 1999 where Nitro drew a 5.0 and by the end of the year had fallen to a 2.9. Yup I see your point...your a fuckin moron! Woo hoo good job.
Guest AlwaysPissedOff Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 Okay, that's enough of the flaming. Either discuss it rationally or take it to NHB.
Guest Memoirs of an Invisible Chevy Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 I can't believe how badly things are. They are beyond repair. Everyone's character has gotten butchered. Goldberg got a massive beatdown. I changed before the Booker match, but it sounded like the same old garbage. The WWE is a shell of its former self, and we all have to accept it.

Booker T was a fan favorite TV and US champ but by the time he made it to the Big Gold Belt the fed was already damaged by the constant restarts of nWo which had fans like me change the channel.
