He's home in Japan resting up, contract status is questionible. Oh, and it's TAKA, always all caps, otherwise it's wrong. Lots of wrestlers in Japan, mainly heels have a capped name in English becuase it looks cool.

I know someone that thought it was TAKA cuz it meant The Artist Know As, been as he works in M-Pro... the things some people think of. TAKA is great, like is fake plancha to the top rope, the a cross turnbuckle dive... but the MD 1 (double underhook brainbuster) is dire... still I wanna see him back any day.

The WWF apparently is pretty high on him due to the fact that he has been there for a long time (relatively speaking) and has never complained and has always done what they've asked, which is obviously something they value.
