T-mac averages only a few less percentage points in steals than Kobe, gets more block shot and the Magic as a team play better Defense than the Lakers have this year. I could give 2 shits about the voting of all Defensive team, most of those awards are crap anyway. Unless you really do believe the Karl Malone was the league MVP in 99 and not Duncan...

Been on the all defensive or all offensive team? No, so he isn't better. Like I've said before, T-Mack is a great player, but until he can do what Kobe has done he isn't as good or better.

The Lakers could get rid of Shaq, thus releasing all that money and hire a better supporting cast for Kobe and the'd still win. Yeah, Shaq is part of Kobe's success but he isn't the reason Kobe is a better player then McGrady.

I disagree. Kobe can't carry this team. Like I said before, the supporting cast isn't the best in the NBA at LA. With some consistant role players Kobe could easily carry a team.

He had a great shot just a few games ago to finally do it. And guess what didn't happen? He had THREE chances to do it and blew them all. And lets not also forget that McGrady shot 7-24 for 21 points in today's Game 7. Not very good for someone who is trying to get his team out of the first round of the playoffs for the first time in several years, is it? Face it, until he proves to be otherwise, Tracy McGrady IS a playoff choke-artist, just like the rest of that piece of shit team he plays for. I like McGrady too, I just feel that he's overrated until he proves himself to be a clutch player in the playoffs, where it counts the most.
