What odds to you give Cena against Brock?

I am going to assume that just about everyone here is basicly 100% ready to see Cena just lay down for Brock at the PPV. Is this match not one of the most predictable of all time? The way I see it, Cena basicly has no chance at all to win the match and to take the title from Brock. Hell, the match will possibly be at either the midpoint of the show, or close. I don't expect it to really be over the six-man, and we all know Rocky/Goldberg will Main Event.

Wow, I never would have guessed that Brock Lesner and Prototype would be having a World Title match at Backlash this time last year.

What odds would you give Cena in this match, if you were a bettin' man?

Sincerely,

...Downhome...

Cena has a 0/100 million chance of winning, the best we can hope for is that he gets to look good in there and gets some decent offence in against Donkey Kong.

Cena has a 0/1,000,000 chance.

So you are saying he has a chance, right?

Well, at least if WWE decided to go against the grain and actually have Cena win, it would shock the fuck out of everyone.

1 in 20.

No, I'm not kidding. For some reason, something is bringing me to believe that the WWE might put the title on to Cena.

It's a might and this is the WWE, so they wouldn't let Lesnar out of being the champion that quickly.

Then again, this is the WWE, and for all I know, they could do that. Don't know why, other than letting Benoit have a crack at Cena and the title. That's about it.

I just hope they don't trade the title every month for around 5-6 months like they did last year starting at Wrestlemania.

It'll be a screwy ending - the WWE will try to justify making this match by not having a definitive ending.

I'm not positive, but I would swear that this title reign of Cena's would just be to set up Benoit's. Only reason I could see Cena winning.

Then again, consistency and the WWE do not go hand in hand.

Edit: I'd hate it too if they trade the belt every two months.

I'd be willing to say that you are right on the money, especially since it isn't going to be the ME.

Virtually 0. I'm not got to say completely impossible, because there's always the infinitesimal chance that Brock will assault Vince in a drunken rage the night before the PPV. Even that wouldn't guarantee Cena victory, though.

No chance.

The match won't be very good either. For two guys who are at least pretty decent and work together alot, they do not mesh.

None. Like everyone else thinks.

But that's the problem, the fans know what's going to happen. I'm ready for some serious swerves again. But I am a dreamer!

I don't think he will win at this point, but I don't think it's as clear cut in Vince's mind as we think.

I'm predicting Brock wins, but Cena is allowed to look good.

If Cena wins he will be forever known as John "Arquette" Cena.

Zero chance. Of course I still think the whole purpose of this feud is to set up a Taker run-in, so I may be too cynical.

It's possible.

We all thought Big Show had no chance last year at Survivor Series. Then Brock got injured and Vince got high on Show/Lesnar like a week before.

Star ratings?

Not really a knock on either guy individually. Bu I hate them together

The one thing working for them is that they probably work well together from their stints in OVW. Sure, their first match didn't really show much, but it was only to build up Lesnar for his title shot against Angle, plus play up the injury angle that prompted Cena's revenge plot.

Now that they'll probably get more than 10 minutes for their PPV match, I am optimistic that they'll bring the goods.

Or, Cena will slap on that extended Christian-esque headlock and we'll be clamoring for the Clique Lovefest.

You can then proceed to shoot me.

No chance in hell.

Cena is Brock Chow this Sunday.

I think he'll look good...maybe he'll cheat and get DQed--but he ain't winning the title.

Cena has a snowball's chance in hell in winning the title, THE NEXT BIG NOTHING is going to win the match and that means there's no reason for me to buy the ppv.

Brock Lesnar is going to take it- no doubt.

I'm skipping Backlash because of the lack of my favourites on the card and Game 2 between Canucks and Wild

That was the 2nd match. The first was easily one of the worst matches of the fall (Height of SD!6) on SD! last year

As they say in the hood, "My bad."

Oh yeah, I echo the collective voice that screams "No chance in hell" for Cena to take the strap.

Booker T had a better chance of winning the title on Raw Monday night. Enough said.

I think Cena will win by DQ somehow, with Brock winning the rematch at Judgment Day.

John Cena has no chance because he is the first sacrifice to Brock's major title run. For some reason, I don't see Cena just losing cleanly, I see Cena losing via DQ after he annihalates (sp?) Brock with a chair, or just CHEATS TO WIN~!. I predict a good- very good matchup, but nothing above ***1/4. They need to book Cena strong in this matchup to make him definitely look like a future threat. I see Brock/Benoit program in the summer.

I'm guessing a non-definitive ending that'll lead to a rematch in May, which Brock will win.

Well that's not exactly a terrible rating there.

I was expecting you'd say like 1/2* to *

I don't think most of the matches will have a definative ending on Sunday, seeing as most people don't even realize the show is this week.
