Dammit that always happens, I respond to something then someone comes along and posts bumping my response to the previous page

How can he honestly think he is going to get a real shot at QB, didn't he do really crappy throwing the ball in most of the games against real teams? Look at what Randle El meant to the Steelers last year, why is that not acceptable?

Ego, and Money.

QB's make more than WR's by far, and HE may believe that he is something special at QB.

But a 4th round QB washout will make a few bucks, but if you prove to be a talented WR/KR/ situational QB you can be around for years and be set for life. He will probably pull a Crouch and come back with his tail between his legs.

That pretty much sums it up. If he isn't willing to go to WR, then he is an asshole that you wouldn't want anyways.

Why did Denver take Griffin when they have Portis?

And Kahran.. who's your favorite NFL team?

Portis AND possible Davis again.

They could have taken a fucking defensive player.

Chicago has to take Suggs here right? Thomas stunk last year and they need an insurance policy

I second the KLECKO~!

Nice to see the son of s Defensive GOD on the Pats. Bit on the small side but apparently can bench 500+

McDougle,Klecko,Simon,Walker

Rien Long

DT | (6-6, 302, 4.99) | WASHINGTON STATE

By Pro Football Weekly

Notes: Redshirted in 1999. Started four games and played 10 in 2000, when he missed one game with an ankle sprain, and had 15 tackles, five tackles for loss and one sack. Started every game he played in '01 and '02, but was suspended one game in '02 for bringing alcohol on the team plane. Had 33-10-3 in '01 and was second-team All-Pacific-10. Won the Outland Trophy and first-team All-Pac-10 honors last season, when he had 52-211-13.

Positives: Is very quick and quick off the ball. Uses his height to gain and maintain leverage. Dominated in the Ohio State game until he was injured. Is tough, hustles and competes. Will not lose many at the point of attack and can close on the quarterback. Shows ability to beat the double team. Good but not great strength in his upper body.

Negatives: Is not a real power guy, but his frame will take more bulk and size. Needs the bulk to play a full season inside. His speed to the outside is average and inconsistent. Had knee and shoulder injuries and doesn't show polish in many of his pass-rush moves. Will struggle against double-team, and doesn't always overpower in one-on-one situations. Plays tall. Looks stiff at times. Doesn't look fluid on the move.

Summary: May be special if he can stay healthy, play with more power and evolve into a consistent pass rusher.
