Guest Anglesault Report post Posted April 26, 2003 Nope...They helped Em get where he is by helping him out in the early days and helped all the time with Vocals on the Album and Did a Lot of Mixing for him... And from what ME said, they appear to be living off his name now. And by helping him out in the early days, does that mean tey discovered him? Because if they were just in a band together, that doesn't count as helping someone out. And them doing vocals on his albums is helping them out, not him. From my outside perspective anyway
Guest Midnight Express83 Report post Posted April 27, 2003 Well, Eminem grew up with D12 and they helped him tone his style by battling with him(for play) and doing battle raps(in comps). I don't know how to explain it but rather look at ECW after it folded. Paul Heymen got signed and alot of its stars which helped him make his name get signed as well. D12 aren't freeloaders since they are pretty good. And it shows Eminem isn't a sellout artist. As for who is helping who, it is hard to say with rap. Because to underground fans is one way. To Mainstream fans, it is the way you said it.

Guest JDMattitudeV1 Report post Posted April 27, 2003 I think Cena needs an entourage more than a partner. They don't have to be WWE workers, just some tough looking indy workers from whatever town they are in.
Guest buffybeast Report post Posted April 27, 2003 I much prefer Cena on his own. But a posse full of tough wiggers could be funny. Of course, Cena could roll with a bunch of hoochies ala Flash Funk.
Guest AndrewTS Report post Posted April 27, 2003 For some reason I would think a teaming up with RVD, at least one time, would be hilarious.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted April 27, 2003 No...Get Cena A THUG looking group... Remember doesn't cena have FU for Brock? An Entrouge could be his FU. It has too be the same group of people but don't make it a stable or anything... It's Cena and Cena alone... Don't recycle people into the group...Hurts the Illusion... Guest TheGame2705 Report post Posted April 27, 2003 Now I could have sworn there were some posts here before but now they're gone. All I wanted to say was that Cena doesn't have a legit flow.

Guest AndrewTS Report post Posted April 27, 2003 PERFECT! BOSSMAN IS THE BEST RHYMER in WWE! "It brings a Lump in my throat to hear your daddy croaked" I'd soooo mark for that. Especially a nightstick-assisted beatdown of Brock.

JasonX 0 Report post Posted April 27, 2003 Remember they tried to put Cena with Bull Buchanan and Redd Dogg. Why not get back Ron Killings and put them together. Cena already has the gimmick over, plus Killings has really learned to p*ss the crowd off in TNA which got him over. I think they'd be an awesome heel stable. Just a thought that came to my mind cause i don't see him on TNA lately... niko IRRC wasn't Killings recently offered a WWE contract which he turned down, do to him still being bitter with how he was wasted in the WWE during his first tenure and wanting to instead stay in NWATNA where he would have a better chance to shine than in the WWE? Plus, if Killings did resign, he'd most likely be shoe-horned into Teddy Long's stable of black wrestlers fighting against the Man for holding them down than be allowed anywhere near Cena....
