Guest Anglesault Report post Posted May 3, 2003 But, like in Final Destination, Bret has cheated death more than once (Stroke, accident) so it passes on.

TheOriginalOrangeGoblin 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2003 Well if this curse is real I think Anvil will go first since this is some sort of punishment to Bret for something.

Guest JAxlMorrison Report post Posted May 3, 2003 Oops. I meant Warlord. Incase you don't know this, Warlord got nailed by a Pizza Hut delivery car in '94 or so and is either in a wheelchair or very injured because of it. The scary part? Warlord actually trains wrestlers. Seriously. Warlord. Yes, Warlord. Dale Torborg was one of his students. Case-in-point. I'll go edit that now. I think you are mistaken, because according to Wrestlingobserver.com, Warlord wrestled recently as part of a Powers Of Pain reunion.
Guest Vyce Report post Posted May 3, 2003 Yikes. Who else was on the card? Couldn't we say this about ALOT of Late 80's Cards? Maybe I'm just a morbid person, but I play that game. Any time I watch an old wrestling tape / card, especially from the late 80s (or even early 90s), I will think to myself...."Okay, that guy's dead now. He's retired. He's retired too......yep, he's dead also, poor bastard...." ........ .....You know, now that I think about it, there's something really, really wrong with this business. We seem to have almost as many dead wrestlers as dead rock stars.

Guest papacita Report post Posted May 3, 2003 And incase you're all wondering, yes, Frankie the fucking bird counts as a WWF Superstar. I was just about to ask that...hmm. What about Matilda (sp?) or Winston (the bulldogs).
Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted May 3, 2003 I read in some card results that the Powers of Pain are reforming as a tag team (Warlord including) Looks like He is coming back.
Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted May 3, 2003 The British Bulldogs vs. Jacques & Raymond Rougeau Bad News Brown vs. Ken Patera Rick Rude vs. Junkyard Dog The Powers of Pain vs. Nikolia Volkoff & Boris Zuhkov "Brother Love Show" with Jim Duggan Ultimate Warrior vs. Honkytonk Man (Warrior wins WWF I-C Title) Dino Bravo vs. Don Muraco Demolition Axe & Smash vs. The Hart Foundation Big Bossman vs. Koko B. Ware Jake Roberts vs. Hercules Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage vs. Andre the Giant & Ted DiBiase (special referee Jesse Ventura) The sad thing is that none of these people would reallymove me if they died, except maybe for some of the ones that are already dead. I know that if Hogan just fell over tomorrow there'd be some media attention, becuase he was a B-list celebrity for a few years. But unfortunately too much exposure to wrestling and the guy's antics would leave me more "Really? Huh" instead of "Holy shit!" I always felt rather sympathetic for Andre because the poor guy had no choice except to die really early, and Owen seemed to be the only one of the current generation of Harts that wasn't a greedy whiny sad sack looking to get away with as much money and/or fame that he can, although maybe I'm not giving fair credit to some of the less-talked-about family members by saying that. Guest THE MIGHTY THOR Report post Posted May 3, 2003 Hogan might be the next one to bite the dust, at least he won't be able to stink up in a match ever again.
