LaParkaYourCar Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Oh ok it's the anniversary of his death. I would have gone with the Bulldog/Owen European Title Tourney finals and saved the Bret/Bulldog match to get people to buy the Confidential DVD.
Guest Trivia247 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 ok i'll give O`haire this, he Modified hs Fireman's carry into a Fireman's Carry Powerslam. thats a tad more impressive.
Guest Eagan469 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 holy shit - audio of the 911 call from Luger
Guest HartFan86 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Holy fucking shit they played the 911 call. My jaw literally dropped when I saw/heard that.
Guest BifEverchad Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 They should just do a tribute piece on Elizabeth. Fuck off with this 'revealing look' at Elizabeth's life. Jeesh..
Guest Downhome Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Am I the only one here that isn't all that comfortable with this being on Confidential?
Guest Downhome Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Good God she was fucking beautiful. She is my favorite woman in the history of Pro. Wrestling.
Guest Nevermortal Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 I hope they show some WMVII footage.
Guest treble charged Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Am I the only one here that isn't all that comfortable with this being on Confidential? I'd rather something like this be on Confidential as opposed to 60 Minutes, Dateline, or any other TV newsmagazine show. It will probably be portrayed as less 'sleazy' than a major network show would show it.
Guest Trivia247 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 even though they were nearing divorce at that point.
Guest Downhome Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 I doubt that anyone in Pro. Wrestling will EVER be able to pull of a "love story", as perfectly as they did with Liz and Randy.
Guest Nevermortal Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 How in the hell did they get the 911 call?

I don't mean just because it's being shown, I have nothing wrong with them having something to do with her and going back just remembering her. Just, hearing the 911 call, stuff like this just doesn't seem right, not right now. To me it's just a bit early to already be throwing all of that at all of us. Maybe months from now, but it just feels weird doing so this soon.
Guest Trivia247 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 ever notice that in all those touching moments with Savage and liz, wheither be it at Wm7 or at Summerslam even at the wedding or anything in between or beyond that , they never kissed on camera.
Guest Dmann2000 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Holy fucking shit they played the 911 call. My jaw literally dropped when I saw/heard that. I'd really rather they not do that, I don't wanna hear Luger sobbing like a baby, knowing Liz is in the other room dying.
Guest Eagan469 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Are 911 calls freely available to the media or would Luger have had to give his permission for this to air?
Guest Dmann2000 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Okay, tell me when Jesse's colour commentator segment comes on
Guest Eagan469 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Holy fucking shit they played the 911 call. My jaw literally dropped when I saw/heard that. I agree - if they want to make him look like shit, this isn't the way to do it
Guest Downhome Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 I take it these past events with Luger totally rules out his return.
Guest HartFan86 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 They must have been given premission to use it. I'm assuming Gene will say something about it before they actually play more of it later on.
Guest BifEverchad Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Didn't they show that trip to the Naval ship before?
Guest Eagan469 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 And of course when they say her life took a downturn they show WCW footage... These 911 call clips are seriously going to give me nightmares
Guest HartFan86 Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 If they are playing these calls to make it seem like Luger could of saved her but didn't, then fuck the WWE to hell.
