# As each day passes it's becoming more and more obvious to WWE officials that Kevin Nash no longer has the capabilities to get the job done in the ring. The match between Nash and Triple H scheduled for Judgment Day took place at two RAW brand house shows and was said to be a major disappointment. Some sources even go as far as to say that WWE are learning a very painful lesson with Nash, much like they already have with Scott Steiner and Nathan Jones.

# Speculation continues about whether or not Sting will be joining WWE. Some are saying it's a done deal and the company plans to use him as the focus of Summer Slam, while others claim the two are far apart on the number of dates he'll be required to work. Several of Sting's friends from WCW, including Goldberg, have reportedly been calling Sting attempting to get him to sign. If Sting doesn't sign with WWE, he may continue to work overseas for World Wrestling All-Stars and may make occasional appearances for NWA-TNA.

# The "Mr. America" gimmick is a co-creation of both Vince McMahon and Hulk Hogan.

(Thanks to The Pro Wrestling Torch)

Look if a 7 foot guy's leg muscles tear like they were Piano Wires you can't expect him running down a ramp. All Nash has left is some Name value and Mic Skills, he is down to three moves

Snake eyes, Side Slam and Jackknife (Or Half ass, since all he needs to do is lift the guy up then Drop him without Bringing him down by his own Power)

Sting to the WWE will be a miracle if it happens.... Sting has kept away from the WWE for 20 years since his UWF NWA WCW days. He just is this one Enigma that never had any WWF experience that other wrestlers of that name level has. The WWE may bend to Sting's wishes as to do only Certain dates... But that is a Crappy Cop Out in my book

and for the Mr. American creation, that just proves McMahon is losing his Marbles and Hogan is missing a few in his bag as well.

Does he really? So far he's cut two promos - one was the not-so-vaguely homosexual soap opera promo with HHH and HBK, and the second was where he was booed out of the ring. For someone who supposedly is soooooooooo charismatic and cuts hi-lar-lar-larious promos, I'd expect better.

I didn't think it was a major disappointment. Of course, that's because I was expecting crap. And got it.

Mr America as a midcard angle is funny.

Mr America as a main event agnale is just FUCKING RETARDED!

Nash will be jobbing to HHH and then HHH bury whoever in June.

This was said on TOA but I'll bring it over here because it's a good point.

The WWE isn't LEARNING the same lesson, they are just being TAUGHT the same lesson...

Seriously, did he ever?

And once an arm muscle tears while doing whatever he did to tear it, followed by his quad tearing while running across the ring, that should pretty much seal the deal that he has nothing left. To throw him into a main event program with no proof that he can get it done is just fucking stupid. Then again, this is just par for the course where WWE is concerned.

I assume Vince has never heard the saying:

"Fool me once, shame on you (Steiner). Fool me twice, shame on me (Nathan Jones)."

What would it be for "fool me thrice (Nash)"?

Oh, and no Sting. Please.

Exactly. What the living hell were they expecting out the match? I would think Nash finishing the match without injuring himself would be above and beyond expectations.

They say they're 'learning' their lesson, yet still plan on bringing in ANOTHER old former star who's a shell of his former self, making him the focus of their second biggest PPV no less. They're learning nothing.

What's *really* funny is how they thought they could do the same angle they did w/ HHH and HBK and expect fans NOT to say "haven't we seen this before?".

and the second was where he was booed out of the ring.

You mean on Raw, where he was booed mainly for shouting at Jericho and then for attacking him. That was what the boos were for at first. Oh, but that promo sucked too...Nash doesn't have it anymore, that I have to agree with.

I doubt Sting would come in...he seems smarter and more moraly abound than that. Plus he probably realises the unrelenting bitching at Goldberg/Nash/Steiner from almost everyone. Good guy blonde Sting would be so awesome though...

And I like Mr America. It's a bit of fun. Lesnar vs Big Show is the main event fued for Smackdown, not Mr America. It just gives Hogan a reason to be on screen. You can't begrudge him that considering. It's hilariously ridiculous, and Vince knows it. It's not supposed to be serious, yet it is beign taken as serious by some on here...oh well, another day, another reason thought up to bitch at Vince

The problem with that theory is that the Mr. America thing is still taking up more time on Smackdown than anything else. 2-3 LONG segments per show. Building to absolutley nothing. Those are segments that could go to a Benoit feud, Team Angle-Guerreos, or hell, even fucking Big Show-Brock!

It'd be slightly humorous if it WASN'T the main focus of Smackdown every week. As it is now, it's just really, really annoying.

Nash's promos have always been more tailor made for catchphrases/shootish rather then the "serious" angle promos he's trying to cut nowadays.

A lot of his WCW stuff (especially when he was heel) under Russo was fucking hilarious because Russo gave him free reign to say what he wanted to do. Off the top of my head, when Beetlejuice was at ringside and Nash says, "Hey Elix (Skipper), how are you doing today?"

Well first, you'd think they might be buidlign towards Hogan vs O'Haire...but it seems not now.

And the reason it's getting so much time...Hogan's the most over guy in the company near enough. I mean who gets better face pop crowd reacions than Hogan...Austin is close, but his have gone down a bit. Rock is more mixed reaction when he's around. Goldberg isn't as over as he was in WCW. HBK is not anywhere near anymore. Lesnar doesn't have the charisma...same for Benoit...to get pops like that. Eddie is getting a lot more pops and chants now, but still nowhere near Hogan. Booker isn't that over. And Angle plays heel. Hogan's the top guy for crowd reaction at the moment, and Vince knows it. Old or not old, Hogan gets the crowds going.

I actually think that Nash will WIN the title at the PPV, thus showing how truly nuts they are. He'll only be Mr. Transition to Goldberg though, so HHH can avoid having to job to GB.

Then it DOES build towards absolutely nothing, overness and crowd reaction notwithstanding.

Hogan vs. O'Haire

And I would hope that the champion who the company seems to try (off and on) to build around would get the focus, but everything has to be Hogan Hogan Hogan....

I loved the Beetlejuice stuff in WCW even if it made no sense.

Did Nash do the voice for La Parka? Whatever happen to the smart ass nWo sarcastic announcer Nash? Whoever is the "acting coach" should stay far away from him.

If Nash has any use at all in WWE it would be as an announcer, fire the Heat team and put Nash & Jesse Ventura as announcers.

You know what Vince thought was "ridiculously funny"? Al Wilson... Yep. And THAT didn't drag on.

Canadian fans know how much Nash sucks - Canadian fans as a whole didn't stop watching in the mid-90's, they weren't just booing him cause he took out Jericho.
