Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted May 15, 2003 The gimmick would have only been funny had he come out in his mask and acted like someone new...like the Blue Blazer did. The Blazer denied that he was Owen Hart and took on a whole new gimmick, sure you knew it was him, but he wasn't telling you it was him nonstop. The whole thing about dropping the old catchphrases every couple of seconds made him more annoying. We get it, it's you Hogan, you're taking the fun out of it. Guest cynicalprofit Report post Posted May 15, 2003 Man, I am so glad the WWE people arent involved with catching criminals or else 9-11 would never be solved. Hell they probably would have said Sadam was responsible.....oh wait.
Rob E Dangerously 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2003 "Al Wilson Did you really think he was dead? What proof did we get? Oh, Torrie and Dawn Marie got into a brawl at his funeral on national television, you say? Tipped his lifeless body out of the coffin, you say? Bah. Mere circumstantial evidence at best. You heard it here first, folks—Al Wilson lives. Much like Elvis and Andy Kaufman, the ingenious Wilson merely staged his demise to avoid the glare of the spotlight that international notoriety was placing on him. Perhaps he had a change of heart, and longed for that limelight again?" I think they found who it is!

Guest Bannable Offense Report post Posted May 15, 2003 "As you can see in the photos above, it is not Hulk Hogan" LMAO I actually got a nice little chuckle out of the picture comparisons. "In the above photos, Hulk Hogan and Mr. America display their love for looking to their right. While they look the same doing it, if you look carefully, you can see that Mr. America has much more hair than Hulk Hogan. That being said, Mr. America is clearly not Hulk Hogan." Guest fazzle Report post Posted May 15, 2003 Hogan likes to smile while he rips. Mr. America prefers to make kissy faces. Gold.
Guest DerangedHermit Report post Posted May 15, 2003 (edited) This is hilarious........ Brian Solomon: The question on everyone's mind: who is Mr. America? --------snippety-doo-dah---snippety-dayyy------- Al Wilson Did you really think he was dead? What proof did we get? Oh, Torrie and Dawn Marie got into a brawl at his funeral on national television, you say? Tipped his lifeless body out of the coffin, you say? Bah. Mere circumstantial evidence at best. You heard it here first, folks—Al Wilson lives. Much like Elvis and Andy Kaufman, the ingenious Wilson merely staged his demise to avoid the glare of the spotlight that international notoriety was placing on him. Perhaps he had a change of heart, and longed for that limelight again? You heard it from him! Besides, inside sources say Stephanie McMahon saw Mr. America's bald eagle and it was real, it was spectacular and it was LONG. That is clearly Al Wilson in all his glory. Seriously, this is supposed to be a joke. Like all the people that take this WAY TOO SERIOUSLY. It went way too far over your heads. Guest Downhome Report post Posted May 15, 2003 I love this logic, it makes perfect sense... While Hulk Hogan and Mr. America both pose in similar fashions. You can clearly notice that they are completely different people by the background of each image. Hogan likes to pose on a black background, while Mr. America prefers the white background. That being said, Mr. America is clearly not Hulk Hogan. ...wow.

Guest Kingpk Report post Posted May 15, 2003 At first I thought this whole thing was stupid, but now....ok I still think it's stupid but at least it's pretty funny and a little entertaining, something you can't say much regarding WWE these days. Oh yeah: It's either Mr. Fuji, or Mr. America on a cold morning.
Guest Lightning Flik Report post Posted May 15, 2003 I don't know what's worse. The WWE being this brutal, or the fact that I'm now beginning to wish a WCW death to WWE.
Guest Downhome Report post Posted May 15, 2003 I say that Mr. America emulates Hulk Hogan in order to annoy Vince OMG, I didn't think of that. Now, to take that ONE step further... ...who emulates Hulk Hogan like none other? Yes!!!!!!!!! Mr. America is Dave "Evad" Sullivan!

Guest Kingpk Report post Posted May 15, 2003 The premise isn't retarded: Everyone and their mother knows he's Hogan, even Vince, but Stephanie, the only person that can DO anything about it, needs proof before she can fire him. If they can write funny bits to build on this is the question.
