I'm basically asking for good sites that state lots of facts and the like, as opposed to arguments like "they'll cut school". The Human Genome Project thing is a project, and it has to somewhat relate to Canadian Law, which is why I'm having so much trouble with it in the first place. Any help would be appreciated. If you have nothing for me, than simply move along.
