Guest bob_barron Report post Posted May 20, 2003 Insurrextion 2002. August 26th, 2002. The Rock can also say he's beaten all those guys with the exception of HBK. I do think he has a DQ win over Bret though
Guest jm29195 Report post Posted May 20, 2003 I think Undertaker's beaten all those guys except maybe HBK, I think he's beaten Jericho but I can't remember when...?
Guest bob_barron Report post Posted May 20, 2003 I don't think Taker has ever had a 1 on 1 match v. Y2J. He's beaten everyone else on that list though.
Guest jm29195 Report post Posted May 20, 2003 Hey maybe this will be the second time HHH and Nash have broken character to a non- televised audience, maybe Vince will punish them again for exposing kayfabe and HHH will get buried again... or maybe that's just wishfull thinking.... Kurt Angle Mark 0 Report post Posted May 20, 2003 Forget about putting the tribute on a DVD, They should show it on Confidential.
Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted May 20, 2003 Insurrextion 2002. August 26th, 2002. Maybe, but they wouldn't gloat over a win like that, as that wasn't on US TV.
Guest OnlyMe Report post Posted May 20, 2003 Didn't HHH beat Flair when he was awarded the World Title? Or was there some sort of screwy finish? (like I need to ask)
Guest Choken One Report post Posted May 20, 2003 No...I think they never wrestled before this (on tv that is).... HHH was reawarded the title as we all remember fondly.
Guest The Tino Standard Report post Posted May 20, 2003 HHH had to wrestle Flair the night he was handed the belt. Flair was not his lapdog... yet.
The Dames 0 Report post Posted May 20, 2003 Choken, they did wrestle each other for the World Title to "legitimize" the fact that HHH was awarded it. Dames

Guest OnlyMe Report post Posted May 20, 2003 http://www.411mania.com/wrestling/tvreport...vreports_id=776 The SmarK RAW Rant - September 2 2002 - Disputed World title match: HHH v. Ric Flair. Now, since it’s just “The World title”, is it the same “The World title” that was part of the Undisputed title up to Wrestlemania, or a whole new “The World title” with a separate lineage? JR babbles about how Flair is going to win, thus guaranteeing a loss. Flair out-wrestles HHH to start, and he bails. Back in, Flair goes for a wristlock and works the arm. He chops away, but the Disputed World champion slugs him down to take over. Main Event Spinebuster and HHH pounds away. He stomps a mudhole and sends Flair out with a Flair Flip, and back in a suplex gets two. Main Event Sleeper, but Flair breaks with a suplex. Wow, this is thrilling. Flair misses a kneedrop and HHH goes for the leg and struts. Figure-four, but Flair reverses for two. Backslide gets two. HHH clotheslines him down again and keeps slugging away. Flair starts chopping and they do an awkward whip-reverse spot. Flair meets elbow in the corner, but tosses HHH. Okay, they’ve whipped each other into the corner like 5 times in a row, let’s move on. Back in, Flair can hardly get a kneecrusher, but gets the figure-four. HHH makes the ropes, but Flair goes for it again. Ref is bumped, HHH goes low, KICK WHAM PEDIGREE finishes at 9:38. Stop the presses. RVD and Jericho then proceed to into a brawl that pops the crowd 100x louder than HHH’s entire match. RVD goes after HHH afterwards, which I’m sure will set up a HHH-RVD match for Unforgiven so that HHH can go over RVD, too. I could see what they were trying to do with this, but it was too short to tell the kind of story they were shooting for, and HHH’s usual “lowblow, Pedigree” finish out of nowhere is getting tiresome. *3/4 Flair is DONE, it’s time to take some serious time off. You beat me to it by about 30 seconds. HHH also wrestled later in the night in a tag match (where he did a meaningless job to RVD).

Guest jm29195 Report post Posted May 20, 2003 I thought his unforgiven match against Jericho was pretty decent, would have been better if given an extra 10 minutes. Match against Taker at Mania was good (in a nostalgic way) but Flair should have gone over
Guest bob_barron Report post Posted May 20, 2003 It was good that the Unforgiven match was so short. They got to work a fast paced match with no resting
