And this was on an episode of Raw too, around October, which (I could be wrong) was the month the title was vacated?
Guest bravesfan Report post Posted May 23, 2003 And this was on an episode of Raw too, around October, which (I could be wrong) was the month the title was vacated? October 12th, 1998 was the RAW in question. IIRC, Hunter vacated the belt on the show previous, after he had failed to defend it in a thirty-day period (he won it on August 30th). Agent_Bond34 0 Report post Posted May 23, 2003 (he won it on August 30th). Which was in the ladder match against The Rock at Summerslam 1998. I got that on video, that match ruled. Here's a question, which may be the easiest for most. Which titles are required in order to become a Grand Slam Champion? And how many wrestlers (All of which I believe are on the current roster) hold this honor?
Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted May 23, 2003 the original Grand Champions were World, IC, Tag team then it expanded outward to also add Hardcore and Euro so it depends

Agent_Bond34 0 Report post Posted May 23, 2003 the original Grand Champions were World, IC, Tag team Going by this, wouldn't that make Kane and Steve Austin Grand Champions (or at least in that format) then it expanded outward to also add Hardcore and Euro Wasn't the European title added to that around 1997?
Guest bravesfan Report post Posted May 23, 2003 The Triple Crown was World, IC, Tag. It was captured by Morales, Nash, Bret and Shawn, before the European title expanded the crown. The Grand Slam was first captured by HBK at the One Night Only PPV, where he beat Davey Boy for the Euro title. After that match, Ross penned him as the first "Grand Slam Champion", and the moniker was used outwardly.
