Guest humanoid92 Report post Posted May 26, 2003 Was just thinking about some of my all-time favorites and how cool it would be if somehow, somewhere, sometime it would be possible for all of them to be in the same promotion at the same time while they were all still in their primes. A few years ago, baseball made their All Century Team, so I decided to make an All Time Wrestling Roster, consisting of my favorites (and simply the best). Here's how it works- you get 22 singles wrestlers (11 face and 11 heel) and 14 tag teams (7 heel and 7 face) for a total of a 50 man roster. I know that's a lot of tag teams, but you know the old saying that you can tell the strength and depth of a promotion based on its tag ranks. Besides, those involved in the tag teams could also be used as singles wrestlers and vice versa. So here's my roster: Tag Teams... Faces: Rock & Roll Express Steiner Brothers British Bulldogs Edge & Christian Hardy Boyz The Fantastics Kaientai Heels: Midnight Express Brainbusters Fabulous Rougeaus Los Guerreros Team Angle Heavenly Bodies Orient Express Singles Wrestlers... Faces: Bret Hart Ricky Steamboat Chris Benoit Chris Jericho Randy Savage Mr. Perfect Rey Mysterio Brian Pillman 1-2-3 Kid Marty Jannetty Dustin Rhodes/Goldust Heels: Ric Flair Shawn Michaels Kurt Angle Owen Hart Jeff Jarrett Stunning Steve Austin Triple H Dean Malenko Ted DiBiase Steven Regal Jake Roberts Keep in mind I'm envisioning these guys in their primes- so it's the 1-2-3 Kid of 1993 and the Triple H of 2000... you know, when they were good. On the bubble: Razor Ramon, The Rock, Sting, Scott Taylor, Terry Taylor, Lance Storm, Mick Foley, Jamie Noble, Jushin Liger, Barry Windham Announcers: Gorilla & Heenan, Vince & Ventura Interview Segments: Piper's Pit and King's Court So that's my fantasy all-star roster. Go ahead and make your own if you feel so inclined...

Guest nl5xsk1 Report post Posted May 28, 2003 (edited) I don't have them split into face/heel factions because I'd prefer a level of tweener, so it's just going to be 22 singles and 14 tag teams. Singles: Flair, Hennig, Hansen, Brody, Vader, Douglas, Sting, Benoit, Bret Hart, Muta, Eddie Gilbert, Rick Rude, Jake Roberts, Windham, Kevin Sullivan, Booker T, Cactus Jack, Pillman, Terry Funk, Austin, Raven, and Angle. Tag Teams: Road Warriors, Midnites (Eaton and Lane), Tully and Arn, Freebirds (Gordy and Hayes), Williams and Dibiase, Fabulous Thrillseekers, Sheepherders, Von Erichs, Dynamic Duo (Adams and Hernandez), Koloff and Kruschev, Steiners, Bulldogs, Edge and Christian, Studd and Bundy. Male Managers: Dangerously, Heenen, Cornette, Gary Hart (limiting myself to 4, but I have a ton of wrestlers who could manage: Gilbert, Snake, Sullivan, Funk, Hayes, etc.) T&A Managers: Fallen Angel, Stacy Kiebler, Lady Maxine, Sunny. Also, I've purposely avoided as many politicians as possible, to keep my locker room as painfree as possible, so Hogan, Savage, Warrior, Nash, HBK, HHH, Dusty are all left out. Flair is known to be somewhat of a politician, but I'll ignore that due to his skills. EDIT: I dropped Al Snow and the Fabs and added Raven and the Thrillseekers in their places.
