Guest Andy Posted May 27, 2003 Report Posted May 27, 2003 Mark Jindrak has been working house shows against Goldust recently. Any news or thoughts on when/ if he will return? Other than the 20-man tag when the Alliance Invasion angle started, he's just made a few appearances on Sunday Night Heat and Metal (they let him beat Jerry Lynn, after all) and probably less than 20 house show appearances. Cheers.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted May 27, 2003 Report Posted May 27, 2003 I've never been that high on him. They either need to get 4 new shows or cut the roster viciously...it's getting insane.

Guest Choken One Posted May 27, 2003 Report Posted May 27, 2003 Jerry Lynn just wasn't going to cut it in WWE i think... Unlike Rob...He refused to play politics and his old age wasn't going to help him...
Guest Choken One Posted May 27, 2003 Report Posted May 27, 2003 Oh yeah...So what is Jindraks Gimmick? I thought I read that it was similar to SOH's...at least it was in OVW.

I don't know if he ever had a gimmick. In all honesty, he's probably best off in a team atmosphere. Not sure who you could really pair him up with though. He could be the muscle behind Jericho and Christian. That could make for a decent stable. Certainly better than Evo/Evil-Lution.
Guest Choken One Posted May 27, 2003 Report Posted May 27, 2003 Put Jindrak in Blackface and have him team with Mack...
Guest notJames Posted May 27, 2003 Report Posted May 27, 2003 There isn't enough blackface in the world to hide how vanilla Jindrak is. Keep him in the "dark", or just cut him entirely. He brings nothing to the table that makes him stand out among the no-frills jobbers they put on the B shows.
Guest webmasterofwrestlegame Posted May 27, 2003 Report Posted May 27, 2003 JR is high on his athleticism - its always touch and go whether these athletic guys make it, but they can only ever give him a chance. That said, I do not care much for him, at least in his WCW days I didn't.
Guest the 1inch punch Posted May 27, 2003 Report Posted May 27, 2003 Jindrak used to do an evil basketball player gimmick on WCW SN
Adam Posted May 28, 2003 Report Posted May 28, 2003 (they let him beat Jerry Lynn, after all) That is not right.
Guest Your Olympic Hero Posted May 28, 2003 Report Posted May 28, 2003 if the angle with O'Haire fails like it's starting to do already, stick him in the old Jindrak/O'Haire team on Smackdown
Adam Posted May 28, 2003 Report Posted May 28, 2003 O'Haire-Jindrak was OK, but it would be much better now because they have both matured.
