Ok you know many of the current wwe wrestlers did tours in japan, some attaining greater fame there than they have in the WWE.

can you think of ten wrestlers you've seen yourself on Puro tapes or events??

heres the easy start

Chris Benoit, I saw at the Super j cup 94/95

Eddie Guerrero as Black Tiger in Super J Cup 94

Chris Jericho at Super J Cup 95

Rey Mystero Jr at Super J Cup 95 vs Psicosis

Sho Funaki at Super J Cup 95 and a FMW Event teaming with Taka and Team No Respect

Shawn Michaels reffing the H vs Hayabusa Main event match at the 10th FMW Annaversy event

Ultimo Dragon at Super J Cup 95 and Toryumon comes to Japan

Tajiri At the IWA Bricks Deathmatch, He was suppose to be in the King of the Deathmatch 95 tape but his match was cut.

Hulk Hogan at the AJPW/WWF 1990 tour vs stan Hanson

and for a former member...

Bret Hart vs Tiger Mask II at the same event

what are your tape memories?

IWA Japan: Terry Funk & Shoji Nakamaki & Leatherface vs. Cactus Jack & The HeadHunters. Nothing but spots, but it was one sick spot after another. Hunters did sandwiched Nakamaki between barbed wire boards and moonsaulted him. Leather actually used the chainsaw. Funk did an Orihara moonsault after the planned finish didn't work. No direction or focus, of course. ***1/2-***3/4

AJ: Mitsuharu Misawa & Kenta Kobashi & Stan Hansen vs. Toshiaki Kawada & Akira Taue & Johnny Ace. AJ used to have 6 man tags on this level fairly often, but this was the first great one they had in some time and they haven't done one that's come close to this since. Storyline was better when Jumbo was in this match, but this was very stiff and built well. Closing minutes were excellent and had great heat. Lots of great false finishes. Best men's heavyweight tag match at the Tokyo Dome? ****1/2 to ****3/4

U-Japan on FIGHTING TV SAMURAI taped 11/17/96 Tokyo Ariake Coliseum

Kimo vs. Bam Bam Bigelow (didn't see this one, I think I'll live through it...)

Inoki Festival in Yoyogi Live FIGHTING TV SAMURAI! Debut 12/1/96 Tokyo Kunitachi Yoyogi Kyogijo Dai-nitaiikukan

Mabel (former WWF) vs. Koji Kitao (Bukoh Dojo)

Battle Station WEW 5/28/02 taped 5/5 Kawasaki Kyujo

Vader vs. Kintaro Kanemura. This was a squash, and that made it boring. Kanemura made a very brief comeback with a table, but Vader wound up chokeslamming him through it. Kanemura was jobbed out, only being able to put Vader down once. *1/2
