Guest Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 Anyone else noticed that Jericho, Christian, Storm and Test are all drafted together? Hmmmmmm. I smell a stable.
Guest notJames Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 Don't forget Chris Benoit. Or the Big Valbowski... oh nevermind...
Guest Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 Yeah Forgot about Val. Ain't Beniot on the Other Show???? I like the way they haven't drafted Kanyon,Buchanan, Awesome and Rhyno yet. (That would be a cool stable actually aswell) Possible decent story lines there. Also anyone else notice that Funaki and Godfather ain't been picked.
Guest notJames Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 Nope, Benoit was picked by Vince, along with the other Canucks. I still think the inevitable trades will make the rosters a little less one-sided.
Guest starvenger Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 Anyone else noticed that Jericho, Christian, Storm and Test are all drafted together? Hmmmmmm. I smell a stable. I'd call it the Canadian Alliance, but there's probably some copyright issues surrounding that...
Guest Mystery Eskimo Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 Replace Test with Benoit and it would be almost perfect
Guest Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 [Nope, Benoit was picked by Vince, along with the other Canucks.] Yeah My bad. Just looked again. Other names along with Godfather not picked is Hugh Morrus and Chavo. Can't understand that especially when turds like Henry and Stasiak have.
Guest Mystery Eskimo Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 Chavo's doing TE2 isn't he? Don't know why Hugh wasn't there...maybe he'll pop up in the next few weeks.
Guest Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 Not that I'm a Godfather or General Rection fan either just a little weird. Yeah Chavo is doing TE2 but so is Hardcore Holly and He's injured and he got picked. Beniot, Jericho, Christian and Storm (MMMMMMMMM we can dream)
Guest nl5xsk1 Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 The main problem with these Canadian stables is that I'd rather see them wrestle against each other, rather than all teaming with each other. Make it a reunited Thrillseekers feuding against a reunited Edge & Christian, with Benoit being a wild card, with no one knowing what team he'll side with. It might be considered a demotion for Jericho, but at this point being the focal point of a major tag team feud would be more advantageous than looking like a buffoon in the middle of a divorce angle. And imagine the ladder match these teams would have, for the tag team titles?!?
Guest dreamer420 Posted March 26, 2002 Report Posted March 26, 2002 Being a proud Canadian in the WWF is like doing an automatic heel turn because the American fans jump on them right away. Everyone in the group better get ready to get their asses booed out of every building in the united states
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 Anyone else noticed that Jericho, Christian, Storm and Test are all drafted together? Hmmmmmm. I smell a stable. I'd call it the Canadian Alliance, but there's probably some copyright issues surrounding that... anything named the canadian alliance is doomed to failure. god damn stockwell day........
Guest Big Poppa Smurf Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 A stable that includes Jericho(leader; contends for World title); Storm( I_C division); Christian/Test as a tag team(it minimizes Test's suckiness) and Trish in the Madusa role from the old Dangerous Alliance would be damn spiffy.
Guest AM The Kid Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 That new leader of the Alliance is a loser too, the Canadian Alliance is doomed.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 very true, Jean is in for life (god help us all)
Guest AM The Kid Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 Oh right, our political leaders are brutal. At least Alberta has got good ol' Ralph Kline...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 lol... oh yeah he's great but B.c.'s got the greatest premier ever.... Gorden Cambell....snicker
Guest dreamer420 Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 Gordon Campbell is a jackass. He is taking BC straight to hell with him.
Guest starvenger Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 Well, we in Ontario just got Ernie Eves. Between him, McGuinty and that NDP guy there isn't a good choice among them. Just fucking lovely. Hey, when did this become the politics thread? My apologies for starting that tangent. Back to the topic... Benoit would be nice in the Canadian Stable, but I think he and Edge should stay faces. There's just one thing missing though. That's right, the WWF needs Kurrgan back!!
Guest AM The Kid Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 Benoit is better as a no-mercy heel.
Guest 5_moves_of_doom Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 The "Canadian Mafia" could be the nWo (except way more talented) in Vince's fed. They would be a killer heel stable, if Bret Hart agreed to it (highly unlikely though) I would love to see him as a manager. Otherwise...... Jericho (leader, speaker) Storm (technicle guy) Benoit (enforcer) Test and Christian (Tag team) Trish (manager) Maybe Valbowski could be in it too, but I'm not a huge fan, and Val isn't nearly popular enough to be in a stable with these guys.......yet. (dramatic music)
Guest AM The Kid Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 Venis could get a huge push though if he joined them. He has alot of talent he really hasn't had a very good chance to let it shine yet.
