Guest The Czech Republic Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 Nostalgia is the fad, because we've finally realized how crappy the present is. Where should we turn back the clock? Sports jerseys/logos/etc.: Throwbacks are the first step. Go back to all the simple non-3Dish artwork of the mid 90s and before. And bring back that NBA on NBC theme. For those in a market with an ABC O&O, the news theme should be that song from Cool Hand Luke. Come on--it's cool. Two words: Crystal Pepsi. Just think, people will be like: "Hey, it sucked, but it's BACK!" I ran out of ideas. But they're around.
Guest Downhome Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 I wish women still had that "classy" look from years ago. I can't describe it, but whatever.
Guest MrRant Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 I think really what we need are the shirts that changed colors when you got hot and MC Hammer pants. Gotta have the Hammer pants. Hammer time yo.
Guest Mattdotcom Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 I wish women still had that "classy" look from years ago. I can't describe it, but whatever. I can. It's called "Not being a slut who, despite dressing, dancing, and acting like a slut, won't give you any".
Guest El Satanico Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 retro weed would rule retro weed means you'd get alot for $20

Guest Youth N Asia Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 The debate on which is going to be the bigger movie. ET or Krush Groove (stolen from Dogma) Shockmaster should come back too...that's retro.
Guest papacita Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 Reebok Pump sneakers. Those were the shit back in the day.
Guest TheGame2705 Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 OMG PUMP SNEAKERS~! I would have sore thumbs back in the day for pumping them endlessly. What did it actually do? I'd wanna bring back the old Hasbro WWF toys. There were so damn many of them.
Guest El Gigante Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 We can always use Crystal Pepsi no matter what year it is.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 -Sega Nomad being mass-produced again. I love my Nomad, but the screen's messed up (crack in the middle of it), and the adaptors don't work, and neither does the battery pack (even after changing the batteries). Also, whatever game I'm playing freezes 45 minutes in. -GHOSTBUSTERS! Although, trust me, a GB craze is coming back, at least in comic form. 88 MPH are releasing a series of Ghostbusters comics. -SuperSoakers that DIDN'T weigh 500 lbs.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 Forget the Nomad...SEGA MASTER SYSTEM, BABY!
Guest papacita Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 OMG PUMP SNEAKERS~! I would have sore thumbs back in the day for pumping them endlessly. What did it actually do? They were supposed to make your shoes tighter to get a better fit, and people used to say they made you run faster and jump higher.

Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 There's still plenty of violence in horror movies. Just gotta find the right ones.
rising up out of the back seat-nuh Posted May 31, 2003 Report Posted May 31, 2003 I think really what we need are the shirts that changed colors when you got hot and MC Hammer pants. Gotta have the Hammer pants. Hammer time yo. Global Hypercolor rocked my world. I'm also nostalgic for techno.
Guest Ravenbomb Posted June 1, 2003 Report Posted June 1, 2003 There's still plenty of violence in horror movies. Just gotta find the right ones. yeah, but watch something like Mother's Day or Last House on the Left, then try and find a movie that violent nowadays. You can't find one.
