56k but going half speed because of bad phone lines, bad drivers, and other things.

I want Road Runner but it will be a long time before it gets here.

I got slow 56K. My friend has T1 so I would always go to his house to download shit.

DSL at school, 56k at home.

That's one thing I miss about being away at school.

Cable. I had a 56K since I got my old computer (about 8 years ago), and hated it. Now, DL's are GREAT, but the service sucks hard.

T1 at school but 56K at home.

When I go back to school next year, I'll be leaving in a house instead of a dorm, so I'll have a cable modem there. My connection at school BLOWS, so it will be faster at my house.

Now that I'm at work, I can safely say T3. It's about five times as fast as my cable at home, on average.

Sadly, I'm still on a damned 56k. I want to make the leap to Cable or DSL but there are too many obstacles in my way.

Cable at home. My school uses T3, but my home connection is much faster. Go figure.

I have cable, but I cant wait until college in september because they have a dual oc3 internet connection, which is basically sick.

When you download an mp3 on direct conenct at college, it is done the instant you double click on it. :headbang:

I am still on 56k. I have pleaded and pleaded with my mom for Cable, but she thinks it is TOO expensive, and she always says, "At least you have the internet!"

Im the only one who has 28k, and although I have a 56k modem, I've never even seen 28k before, so its pretty stupid to say I've got a 56k modem. I would have said 14.4, but that wasn't an option.

right now Im stuck on 16.8kbps. Fun stuff.
