Here we go, the finals. Closest match last round-Savage over Perfect. Just vote for the winner.

Savage was the better IC champion, but I think that Benoit is the better wrestler.

Savage could cut promos too though.

Nonetheless, Savage was a better champ, and that is what the vote was, so that is what I voted for.

I voted for Savage. He made the belt seem like a big deal with he had. Benoit's a good wrestler, but he can't touch the "Macho Man" on this one.

The belt never meant more than when Savage had it.

Savage looked cool with the belt. I was a Savage mark back in the day.

Benoit is better in the ring, but Savage has the second longest reighn of all time. Also, Savage had the belt during his famous (and awesome) match with Ricky Steamboat. The Intercontinental Title really elevated Savage. I mean, look at the before and after results:

WM2: Against George Steele in a bad, heatless match.

WM3: Against Ricky Steamboat for title in ***** classic.

WM4: Wins Heavyweight title in main event.

In other words, the Intrcontinantal title was Randy's step between low-mid carder to main event champion. Where as Benoit still is a mid carder.
