Guest wwF1587 Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 come on announce the ref!! oh FUCK that...
Guest Choken One Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 I'm lost... Hurricane is SO getting squashed next week...
Guest HartFan86 Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Raw was good..but that final match just killed it. That was pretty crappy. And we have to wait til next week for the ref. Ah well.
Guest Big McLargeHuge Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Man, the crowd is as dead as...some dead guy. not the best thing to say considering that Freddie Blassie died not just two hours ago... What the Fuck!? You're shitting me? I got home just before the main event. S
Guest Eagan469 Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Hebner was desperately looking for Hurricane's shoulder to be up
Guest Adrian 3:16 Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 So Hebner screws a match result against favor of HBK? Go figure. Boring ass match.
Guest AndrewTS Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Another shitty Nitraw? What a surprise.
Guest Dmann2000 Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 I said it before and now I mean it...if ANYONE should retire it's fuckin Hebner, he srews up more times then I care to count.
Guest Lemon Drop Kid Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 "There's no one guy in [the Evolution] who wants all the limelight, all the glory." -- Lawler
Guest Big McLargeHuge Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Was Nash supposed to stop the count?
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Wow. Even the reanimated corpse of Owen Hart singing showtunes couldn't save that show.
Guest wwF1587 Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 i thought raw was semi ok but damn if the ME did nothing to help
Guest Showstoppa Icon Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 i dont think it was a shitty raw at all....the last match just raped a decent show of getting a good score
Guest Eagan469 Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Was Nash supposed to stop the count? Hebner was looking for his shoulder to be up, so I'm taking it he either forgot to kick out, or like it was said before, he was knocked silly by the pedigree.
LooseCannon25 Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 I seriously doubt he was supposed to kick out of the pedigree....no way.......Either Nash or HBK forgot to make the save there
Guest Big McLargeHuge Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Was Nash supposed to stop the count? Hebner was looking for his shoulder to be up, so I'm taking it he either forgot to kick out, or like it was said before, he was knocked silly by the pedigree. Since when is Hurricane allowed to kick out of the Pedigree?
Guest HartFan86 Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 I think Nash was suppose to break it up because Hebner looked over after it.
Guest CanadianChris Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Well, I guess Big Lazy has crossed the line to TOTALLY useless then.
Guest geniusMoment Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 I am never going to the torch website again after Jason Powell called that a good show. There is only one line that can describe that raw and it comes from Lawler, when he was actually entertaining, "That show should have been built out of toilet paper because there was nothing on it but shit."
Guest Choken One Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 it wasn't bad...NICELY built up the Bad Blood angles...wrestling sucked but the storylines were built though...and B.B is looking better then it had any right too...
Guest JMA Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 I'm willing to bet McMahon may veto Nash's title win. This is a good thing for Smart Marks. Unless of course they blame it on Helms... which they will.
Guest Choken One Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 I think with Foley or funk returning it's a clear and evident sign that HHH is going over...
Guest The Tino Standard Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 I think with Foley or funk returning it's a clear and evident sign that HHH is going over... And despite my hopes of HHH's title reign to end for MONTHS now, I actually wouldn't mind that happening at Bad Blood. Most of HHH's matches tend to suck, but at least he has the CAPABILITY of being entertaining or pulling out a good match now and then. Nash on the other hand... yikes.
Guest Choken One Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Not unless Nash...umm...Nash's himself and Funk proceeds to Die for HHH...can this be anything good...
Guest Downhome Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Good lord, go ahead and blame everyone why don't you. None of us know what was supposed to happen, so stop trying to use this just as an excuse to bitch about someone. Personally, I think Helms did hit hard and he was just a little out of it for a while. Either that, or for some reason he didn't kick out. Either way, it's a mistake that happens, so that's that. The problem, in MY eyes, is that they did a shitty job of covering up the mistake.
Gert T Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 it wasn't bad...NICELY built up the Bad Blood angles...wrestling sucked but the storylines were built though...and B.B is looking better then it had any right too... I'm scared to say that I agree with that statement.
Guest RavishingRickRudo Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Orton's feet were in "pulling out" position. Nash goofed. His offense is lame. The hurricane was the only shining star in that match and he's the fall-guy. Other than the Main, and the silly Flair/HBK promo war with Michaels burying all the young guys in the back, I thought that it was a good show. I like the idea of Jericho fearing the spear, I like the character development of Kane (well, I like character development at least). I didn't like the paint-on-goldies-car cause that's just lame. The Rock/Christian/Jericho deal went too long and Jericho should have speared the Rock (an inactive wrestler getting the better hand of two active wrestlers is wrong). They were pretty light on the Bisch/Austin stuff, though IMO they could be lighter (they should *always* have a main event planned, making it up on the fly doesn't really show well on the company - and I mean that both in terms of storyline and reality). PPV's are for wrestling, not skits. Austin/Bisch shouldn't be there. It's amazing how Nash and Steiner can bore a crowd in less than 5 moves (good pick-ups WWE!). Shit, looking back on it, it wasn't really a good show at all. *shrugs*
Guest RavishingRickRudo Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 Orton could have cockily pulled Helms up, or Hebner could have gotten something in his eye and then smile at HHH as if to say "Fuck you".
