I really don't see the problem with Jericho going over a Hardy. When was the last time he got a tap out to the Walls? Same with Angle/Edge. Edge's last few feuds have been bad if Kurt can pull a good one out of him then it helps both guys. If not then maybe he's not ready to be a main eventer. I get bored with the same guys fighting each other time after time. Jericho getting a few wins over the mid-card might re-establish him as an over heel and if kept away long enough he can feud with Rock and HHH again, same with Kurt. I love that McMahon's pick of Maven is negated by Raven winning the hardcore title and it would be fun to have Maven catching shit because of it. I'm a Raven mark so hope this is going somewhere for him. Nice stuff with the end of the Dudley's and APA.
Guest thebear Posted March 27, 2002 Report Posted March 27, 2002 At this point, the whole main event is so bloated, that main eventers are being pushed down into a upper mid-card spot... with the nWo, Taker, Hogan, Rock, HHH, Austin, Jericho and Angle with top spots, that's 10 people at the top of the roster... That's half of your monday and thursday nights right there... logistically, you can really only have 4 people at most main eventing at one time... And with Jericho on Smackdown, he'll be fueding with Hogan and The Rock most likely... and if anyone can get a good match out of hogan/the rock it's jericho/angle...
