I'm Hungry (right now)

Recommended Posts

Guest BifEverchad

Ok, its 11:05pm on a Saturday night where I live, and I'm just chillin' out for the night. I decided to stay in and do nothing tonight, maybe I'll watch Velocity/Confidental, surf the 'net, work on my site, etc. But now I have the munchies.

I feel like ordering something in, but I dunno what...

any ideas?

Bif

Do you live anywhere near Dildo, Newfoundland?

I've always wanted to go there and steal the sign for the town.

LOL

How did you ever hear of that place?!

Yeah, well...anywhere in Newfoundland is close to anywhere else. The province is rather small. You can drive from one end say, down in the south-east of St. John's (where I live) to the top of the province, St. Anthony, in the North-West in about 12 hours.

Pitas are always awesome. You can get all kinds of crazy crap on them - the items available at good pita places tend to be more out there than at say, chain sub places - and they're huge and cheap. Pita Pit is good, although I don't know if they have them out East.

why dont u make yourself a Carozza, which takes about five minutes to make

-cut up a ball of Mozzarella into thin strips, at the same time, cut the edgesof two slices of plain white bread off. wodge together (plain white sticks easily) dip this into a bowl of milk, then flour, then a mix of beaten egg and whatver spices u like and fry in hot oil until golden brown

Hmmm, Indian may be the most popular take out in England, but from what I've tried in North America it's not very good...

Vietnamese... now THERE'S a good call. I could use some pho right now, actually...
