Question about Taker

OK, this may have been covered in Nik's article but my question about the Undertaker is this.

 

He was Flair's first pick for Raw, wrestled there until Judgment Day when he won the title, and did both shows until Venegeance. After that he went back to Raw and wrestled Test who just jumped to Raw at Summerslam in a Raw match. Is that right? If so, how did he jump back to SD! ?

Taker's last ever RAW match was v. HHH the night after Summerslam.

 

He jumped to Smackdown! the next night and won the gauntlet tournament that Stephanie set up to become #1 contender

The night after Summerslam, Stephanie signed the Undisputed Champion, Brock, to a Smackdown-exclusive contract, meaning no Undisputed Champion for RAW. So, Taker jumped to Smackdown in order to go after the title. It was the following RAW that Bischoff brought back the WCW World Title.

I can't remember whether he won that #1 contender match against HHH or not, but that same night Brock left Raw for Smackdown. Taker jumped in order to get a shot at the title.

I believe that HHH won that number 1 contenders match.

 

Which is probably going to be the WWE's in-story justification for HHH being handed the HHH Memorial Championship

HHH won the match, so ischoff handed him the Raw Title the next week.
