Guest Tod deKindes Posted June 12, 2003 Report Posted June 12, 2003 I winz~!! But seriously, I would really appreciate feedback on my match since it's my first real win since coming back (that's not a joint match).
Guest realitycheck Posted June 12, 2003 Report Posted June 12, 2003 Janus vs Wildchild hath been edited in, for those waiting on that match. All one of you, if I've done the math correctly. And since I've already posted in the comments thread, I suppose it would be absolutely impolite to not give my opinion on the show. ...but I'm tired, so I'll do that tomorrow. Yes. However, I can offer comments on the one match I read, and say I enjoyed WC's writing, like always. The highspots were crisp, flashy and the No-DQ dynamic is played up just right: Subtly, without too much focus on weapons or outside the ring activities. The big man/small man dynamic was worked well, too, but you've had lots of practice recently, I think. The bookers really need to dig up someone else who wrestles the crusier style for you. But just as a critisism, I appreciated the attempt to work limb-pysch into the match, but I couldn't help but think it felt tacked on. It was only really introduced half-way in, and played on only mildly until the finish. Nice try, though. -Z
Guest Mr. Slim Citrus Posted June 12, 2003 Report Posted June 12, 2003 Thanks for the feedback. The whole psychology thing is very much a work in progress. This pretty much the first match I've tried to use it, and by the time I got the hang of it, I ran outta room. I was going to do some more with the shoulder work for WC, and more knee work for Janus, but by the time I decided what I wanted to do, I was already up to 4800 words...
Guest Tod deKindes Posted June 13, 2003 Report Posted June 13, 2003 Get out of your holes and comment. Ya'll didn't even read the show, didja?
Guest Ash Ketchum Posted June 13, 2003 Report Posted June 13, 2003 I did... a few hours ago. CIA appears to be back... and he's going hardcore (Y) I forget the rest, though... so I'll go read again.
