ChrisMWaters Posted June 13, 2003 Report Posted June 13, 2003 So? Some people use the Superkick as a mid-match move, and Michaels uses THAT as a finisher. Why should the Mavenkick be any different? A lot of other WWE wrestlers were using the superkick as a mid-match move around the Invasion era in 2001, before Michaels came back to the ring. That is, unless The Hurricane and Lance Storm still use the move mid-match. Chuck Palumbo doesn't count because he uses it as a finisher as far as I know like Michaels does. Correct me if you've noticed otherwise. OK...here's one then. THe clothesline. We'll leave it at that.
Guest Redhawk Posted June 13, 2003 Report Posted June 13, 2003 Potential finishers for Maven: Texas Cloverleaf Swanton Bomb (unless they come to their senses and let Sean O'Haire use it.) Top rope elbow drop (just make it look more like Macho Man's than Shane McMahon's) Awesome bomb Diamond dust (Masato Tanaka's ECW finisher) Franchiser (Shane Douglas' finisher) Sky High (D'Lo's spinebuster-ish finisher) Dominater (though I doubt anyone wants to take that bump) Indian death lock (HHH said it's deadly) The Stroke/Breakdown Michinoku/Rikishi driver Tazzmission (Tazz ain't using it. Maven can say his TE teacher taught him.) 3-handed moss covered family credenza (call it something else, though.) Rings of Saturn
Adam Posted June 13, 2003 Report Posted June 13, 2003 I could see the Stroke or the Michinoku Driver working for him.
Guest KingOfOldSchool Posted June 13, 2003 Report Posted June 13, 2003 You mean the Tough Enough music? I like that song, yes. I don't think it was on either of the Tough Enough albums... Hell, I don't even know it's title or who sings it. ^^; It's "Around the Stars" by Hoshal.....or 'Tattoo' by Big Mother Thruster, depending on who you ask. I have these two songs courtesy of Kazaa, and it's the same file twice, so draw your own conclusions, I guess. It's the latter. When Big Mother Thruster had a site, they were talking about the song being used, and it was basically confirmed at that point. Although, the band is known as Big Empty now
Adam Posted June 13, 2003 Report Posted June 13, 2003 How come then the course consists of a few words and then 'Around the Stars'???
