What are symptoms for a Migraine?

Recommended Posts

Guest Vern Gagne

Last night I had this really sharpe and painful headache, and my neck was really stiff. I ended up throwing up 5 times. This has happened twice before but not this bad. The same sharp headache pains and than the vomiting. I thought I remember reading that vomiting is a symptom of migraines, but I'm not entirely sure.

As I know it, symptoms include blinding pain on one side of the head or the other usually, failry severe nausea, extreme sensitivity to light and sound. There might be others but those are the ones that come to me off the top of my head.

Thanks again. I could really feel the headache right between the top of the nose and the bottom of my forehead. So I don't think I had a migraine, but I'm not sure.

I'd say it's more likely some sort of sinus infection OR just really fucked up muscles.

You could want to get it checked up if it's too painful for words. But make sure to take something like Tylonel, it might help a lot more than you think.

I know when I got a migraine because I go blind in one eye. It starts with a white dot at the corner that I can't get rid of. Shortly the dot becomes bigger until it completely blocks my vision and I can't see at all. This is followed by me puking by guts out 4 or 5 times. The way my head feels is as if my brain has shrunk and is ratttling around inside my skull.

In short, a migraine is a motherfucker.

I'm fine know. Just something that happens every few years. This was the worse it's been though.

Tylenol is not good for your excretory organs at all. Aspirin or Ibuprofen are much better.
