Guest JHawk Report post Posted June 17, 2003 From JHawk's Beak: ROH Road to the Title Better late than never, but I finally got it on the site, by God. Feedback it here.
Guest Zack Malibu Report post Posted June 17, 2003 Good review, JHawk. I just snagged this DVD from work (no, I do not work at RF Video...) along with Crowning A Champion, Unscripted, and Honor Invades Boston. The card looks great on paper, but your review has made me want to watch it that much sooner.
Guest bob_barron Report post Posted June 17, 2003 Good review JHawk- My review of All Star Extravaganza should be up at 411 soon. OMG SPAM!~
Guest Sandman9000 Report post Posted June 17, 2003 Damn, Jody Flesich breaks the damn guardrail and it doesn't even seem to raise your eyebrow. Other then that, solid review.

In my defense though, I've seen a lot of the ROH tapes, and breaking the guardrail got to be almost as passe as a headlock with a few of these guys.
Guest Nevermortal Report post Posted June 18, 2003 I think every net reviewer needs to drop all WWE, Japan, WCW reviews and stick to CZW & Ring of Honor. That is all.

Almost a year later, and my knee STILL feels a little odd, thanks to Paul London accidentally breaking a guardrail over it.

Actually, there are some exercises that should be able to take care of that. My doctor's got me on some from the car accident. If that doesn't work, THEN sue
Guest TonyJaymzV1 Report post Posted June 18, 2003 I nearly crippled(and neutered) myself taking a bad fall when I was moutain biking...but that's neither here nor there. Zach, where do you get your ROH stuff from? I ordered from RF and its taking them forever, so I'd like to find a faster means.

The tapes/merch go right into supporting the product. Why wouldn't you want to support RoH?

One gripe I have with RF though, is if you pay for Priority shipping, most of the time it still takes 3 weeks and isnt sent priority.

Granted, RF has shitty shipping, but I'd rather buy right from them and support the product then go through a bootlegger.
Guest tpww7 Report post Posted June 18, 2003 I was counting the cost for shipping in the shows too. The Anniversary Show was more expensive but yes I know that was 2 tapes. I still do support ROH, going to the show on 8/16, and I'll probably buy as much merchandise as I can afford. But with ROH running 2 shows a month alot now, it's hard to keep up buying all the releases.

Thanks to working at Wrestling Superstore, we deal directly with RF/ROH. We get the official DVD's right from them.

And the DVD's are the same price as RF ($25) so there is no undercutting going on. Only ones we have now are Unscripted, Honor Invades Boston, Crowning A Champion and Road To The Title, but Ross from RF calls often enough that we're trying to see if we can get the rest of the events. 'Mortal, if you need directions, let me know.

Guest Zack Malibu Report post Posted June 19, 2003 Just the DVD's for now. Also, since I know you like CZW, we get those direct from Zandig and Smart Mark Video.

You get to work in a place like that. Sure beats the crappy DIY shop I work at. If you ever open a UK branch, let me know
