Worst world champion ever (wwf/wcw)

WWF-Sid: The guy's matches sucked (besides his first one with Shawn Micheals) he has charisma but his interviews are still as annoying as hell, and he really had no place ina main event, ever.

WCW-Vince Rusoo: Not ONE good thing came out of this. At least Arquette's reighn led to the semi-entertaining triple-cage match. But Russo winning was just plain horrible.

ECW-Don Muraco: Back when it was Eastern Championship Wrestling, they let this washed up, untalented, heatless moron have the gold. He entertained me a little bit as "The Rock" in WWF, but in ECW he sucked.

I think having Slaughter and Hogan BOTH being AMERICA sympithizers(sp?) would have really been patriotic.

Anyways...Russo should have just stuck to writing, some of his WWF ideas were good.

All the non-wrestlers. Arquette/Russo/McMahon

Arquette was probably the worst and most damaging for many reasons. The other two were just horrible ego trips to satisfy  little boyhood mark fantasies.

Although I hated Arquette's reign (apart from his Hollywooooood heel promo(!)) I don't hate HIM for it.

As a wrestling fan, if someone offered me the chance of being a world champion, I wouldn't turn them down!

WCW - Arquette/Russo

WWF - Big Show/Kane

Kane, Big Show, Slaughter. The list goes on. Thank God for every shitty wrestler, there was a Hart, Savage, Austin, HBK, etc. to negate the suckiness.

Tony,

Tommy Rich IS the person who is supposed to have blown an NWA board member in exchange for a title run.

EDITED- There seem to be several versions of this story, including one where Rich was the recipient rather than the giver, but the story remains that he traded sex acts for a title reign.
