One of the most unique and entertaining characters is going to be completely destroyed, and for what? A futile attempt to get that talentless piece of shit Mark Jindrak over? Cannon fodder for HHH while the writers try to find a way to get Goldberg over? Of all the opportunities that the WWF has botched over the years, the failure to fully realize the potential of Kane has got to rank among the worst. And what the hell are those idiots thinking in unmaksking the guy anyway? Don' t they realize that will utterly obliterate his mystique and destroy whatever heat he has? Haven't they learned by now that Glen Jacobs cannot get over when everyone can see his face? Didn't Rey Mysterio's career go into a death spiral when he got unmasked a few years ago? Can't the WWF do anything right these days?

The Undertaker's scarred, thought dead brother returns for REVENGE~! Please. That lacks any creativity or originality. Not to mention Kane's "magic" powers (creating fire, summoning lightning, ect). It's a credit to Glen Jacobs that he somehow got over with it. As for his gimmick... good riddance.

Jindrak is a talentless piece of shit? Jindrak was put on TV in his first year in wrestling, Kane's been around for about 10 or more years? What's Kane's excuse for not lighting up the ring himself? I think Invasion being botched was a BIT worse than unmasking Kane because his gimmick is stale. Destroy his mystique? I think by now everyone either knows or doesn't remember he was burned by a fire and that's why he wears a mask. Glen Jacobs without a mask can't get over? Gee how can anyone NOT get over being the dentist friend of Lawler or an imitation of Nash. Rey Jr's career was never above the TV title when he had the mask. When he lost it he beat Nash, Norton, and almost beat Flair.

His was debuted to face the Undertaker. He did, and he lost at Wrestlemania 14. That's all she wrote. I'm surprized that he stayed above water this long truthfully.
