Thank you all very much. I still feel like utter crap, but it would appear to just be the first flu of the season. I got a couple of hours of sleep this afternoon that really helped, and I've stopped coughing so hard that I vomit. Now it only feels like someone is blowing up a balloon in my sinuses whenever I cough.

 

I basically just really wanted to whine. And thank you for letting me.
