Guest Goodear Posted June 28, 2003 Report Posted June 28, 2003 2) There aren't many, if any, main event heels on Smackdown, so they have to push [big Show]. And bingo was his name-oh. Face it, you put Angle against any heel on the Smackdown side of things and Angle is going to have to look a little week if he sells at all. Because, quite frankly, Angle is significantly higher in the food chain than anyone else on the other side. Does anyone really think that he should lose to The Show, Haas, Benjamin, The FBI or Cena? Well those are the top heels on the brand and they have to contend with a stacked face side of the card (Angle, Brock, Hogan, Undertaker, hell people don't even like Benoit or Eddie jobbing either). But to sell the next show, the WWE can't just have the faces win cleanly. Think about it, have either Brock or Hogan won a match since Angle came back? It's been screwy finish after count out after loss... and that is the way it has to be while the sides are so completely uneven.

That hasn't happened yet
Guest RavishingRickRudo Posted June 28, 2003 Report Posted June 28, 2003 First you build the face up strong, THEN you make him look weak. They've made Angle a total pussy since he returned.
