Guest The Mighty Damaramu Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 You know my semi-smark friend(as in he acts like a smark but never gets on the internet at all) came to me and said "God damn Undertaker. I bet Ultimo Dragon can't use the dragon sleeper anymore!" I was thinking......is he not allowed to do it?
Guest sean pyro Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 but he has only had one match on tv.. how do you know he won't use it?
Guest Vern Gagne Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 Reason number 125,893 to hate the Undertaker. Seriously. I don't know, but would it shock anyone if this was the case.
Guest The Czech Republic Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 Most likely. That's ol' Booger Red's move. Question: for that spontaneous Undertaker appearance after Cena/Jordan, they knew to move the ring steps so he could do his lap. Conspiracy...
Guest Nevermortal Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 What about the Dragonrana? Ummmm....Ultimo doesn't do that, Dragon Kid does.
Guest The Metal Maniac Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 Assuming that crazy-ass Inverted DDT thing he did is going to be his finisher, then he doesn't really need the Dragon Sleeper anymore. But personally, I say he should use the Dragon Sleeper. That other move looks good, but I dunno...something about the physics of it says that it's not a good finisher...
Internet Warfare Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 Well, when was the last time Taker used TCB? There shouldn't be a problem since he hasn't used it in...what...forever. Plus, who actually associates the move with the Undertaker; it's not like he beat anyone important with it. Right?
Guest The Decadent Slacker Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 As vital as the sleeper is, he's got more cool shit than that. my guess is of any guy on the roster right now, save maybe Benoit, he could use WWE Style to his advantage. As long as he's not a gay tag team with Funaki called the Tokyo Sexperience, i don't care
Guest Purehavok Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 What about the Dragonrana? Ummmm....Ultimo doesn't do that, Dragon Kid does. I think he means that, spinning top rope 'rana that he does. It was called the dragonrana or dragoncanrana in the N64 video games. Or maybe he did mean the dragon kid's move.
Guest Nevermortal Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 He beat Big Show with it. At No Way Out? Taker used a Triangle Choke. Unless you're referring to another match.
Guest HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 He beat Big Show with it. At No Way Out? Taker used a Triangle Choke. Unless you're referring to another match. It was on a Smackdown, me thinks.
Guest Raven_Effect01 Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 The Undertaker used the TCB Dragon Sleeper as a finisher more around the time he was a heel from late 2001-July 2002, and I think I also saw him use it just as a regular move during a tag team match not too long ago on Smackdown.
Guest HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 Is it just me, or is the name Taker Care of Business extremely gay?
Guest Trivia247 Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 Geez you rabid taker haters...its One fricken Match? In the WWE? What the hell were you expecting? We said from the houseshows Ultimo was doing with them it was almost a Tajiri like moveset in the WWE with more kicks than moves. Lets not use this as a excuse to Bash da Taker because he didn't use a Move, on the ONE match he did on camera.
Guest bababooey Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 Assuming that crazy-ass Inverted DDT thing he did is going to be his finisher, then he doesn't really need the Dragon Sleeper anymore. But personally, I say he should use the Dragon Sleeper. That other move looks good, but I dunno...something about the physics of it says that it's not a good finisher... the physics. yeah i agree. the thing that might kill the finish he uses now (mind you it is pretty cool) is the fact that given the set up time it will miss that out of nowhere effect that the dragon sleeper had at times
Guest Trivia247 Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 They used the Dragon sleeper as a finisher for Dan Severns, Owen, and Blackman during that first UFC crazy with Ken Shamrock in 1998. though they basically grabbed the guy from behind, body scissors and Locked the hold instead of just waiting for the guy to bend backwards on his feet for one to wrap the hold on.
DrVenkman PhD Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 I love the new finisher but I assume the Dragon Sleeper is a finisher in reserves. It's not like he hit that new move on everyone (ie Big Show... but it's not like they'd let him beat Show anyway).
Guest Youth N Asia Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 I like his new finisher anyway, althought it seems to take too much help from the opponent for it to work.
Guest JHawk Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 Dragon not being able to do the Dragon sleeper would be like if he didn't do the Asai moonsault...his name is in the damned thing. Of course, I don't think he invented the Dragon sleeper, but that's just nitpicky.
Guest nikowwf Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 So from one match where he won with a different move and not having any information to think its true, you have decided Undertaker has prevented Dragon from using his move? Sadly, its possible. niko
Guest Polish_Rifle Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 He can always replace the dragon sleeper with the INDIAN DEATHLOCK!
Guest Anglesault Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 He can always replace the dragon sleeper with the INDIAN DEATHLOCK! BUT HE'S NOT INDIAN~! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO It will be called the "silly little g--k deathlock" Gotta love Vince McMahon

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO It will be called the "silly little g--k deathlock" Gotta love Vince McMahon geee sounds something like Big Show would say on air.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO It will be called the "silly little g--k deathlock" Gotta love Vince McMahon geee sounds something like Big Show would say on air. Who did he say that to? Funaki?
Guest Anglesault Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 He was talking to Shane at the beginning of the invasion, and he had a match with Kaientai or something, so Show said he had to deal with a pair of silly little g--ks
Guest Polish_Rifle Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 So he’s not only a big fat lazy slob, but he’s a big fat lazy racist slob.
Guest Black Tiger Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 His finisher ought to be the Tiger suplex, I haven't seen in used in the US since Dragon was busting out in WCW. No Dragon didn't invent the Dragon sleeper, that honor goes to NJPW legend Tatsumi Fujinami
