Guest CanadianChris Report post Posted July 3, 2003 I really enjoyed Undertaker/HHH. Oh, so YOU were that guy! Worst match of the year, hands down.
Guest AndrewTS Report post Posted July 3, 2003 Why do some guys rip on RVD-Jericho from KotR 2002? I thought it was a terrific match, I don't know why people don't think so. It's a poor rehash of their far superior Unforgiven 2001 match. I really enjoyed Undertaker/HHH. Oh, so YOU were that guy! Worst match of the year, hands down. Worse than Taker/Austin at Backlash? Worse than Taker/Hogan from KotR? And I thought Jackie Gayda's debut was the undisputed worst match of the year.
Adam 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2003 I agree that their Unforgiven match was superior, but the KOTR match was still terrific. Its wrong to critizise that match too much, they deserve praise. 800th Post! Woo Hoo!
Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2003 I really enjoyed Undertaker/HHH. Oh, so YOU were that guy! Worst match of the year, hands down. Worse than Taker/Austin at Backlash? Worse than Taker/Hogan from JD? Thanks, I could come up with worse matches given the time...
Guest CanadianChris Report post Posted July 3, 2003 Yep, worse than Taker/Hogan (from Judgment Day, btw)...at least they had the good sense to keep that one short. Huge difference between a horrible 12 minute match and a horrible 25 minute match. And WAY worse than Taker/Austin. At least I could sit through that match without falling asleep. Plus, it wasn't the main event of the show.
Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted July 4, 2003 HHH/Hogan was a worse main event.
Guest CanadianChris Report post Posted July 4, 2003 HHH/Hogan was a worse main event. At least there was markout value in that one.
Guest bob_barron Report post Posted July 4, 2003 "9. King of the Ring Semi-Final Match: Rob Van Dam vs. Chris Jericho WWE King of the Ring 2002" Nope. Don't bother with this one. And does anyone need to see the Jericho/HHH HIAC? It's nothing spectacular and was basically the official final burying of Jericho as a main eventer. Fuck that match. Otherwise I mostly like it, although I have no personal interest in Hogan/Rock, but other people do. And as for speed, I'd say the same thing I usually do when I get MST3K eps--SP. Sure, less can go on there, but I'd rather have higher quality. "22. Eddy Guerrero vs. Chris Benoit WWE Armageddon 2002" No, that match blew considering what they are capable of. Leave it off. While it wasn't a 5* MOTYC it was still a great match between both guys. Benoit did the MDK powerbomb and the finish was awesome. Rico- please explain how 20 minutes of punching=good match. Guest bob_barron Report post Posted July 4, 2003 HHH/Hogan was a worse main event. Saying those two matches were bad doesn't make HHH v. Taker any better. Triple H v. Taker was the worst match of the year and it was fucking disgusting seeing those guys go out and screw the paying customer like that
Guest bob_barron Report post Posted July 4, 2003 Aside from the final three seconds Triple H v. Jericho is a terrific **** match. I know I'm gonna get shot for saying this- But I liked it better then HHH v. Foley

Guest bob_barron Report post Posted July 4, 2003 I've seen it a bunch of times and I really enjoy it. It has the intensity that a HIAC should have, lots of blood and some great action. The finish is what drags it down IMO
