More Triple H...sorry I can't remember when they happened...

 

Triple H vs. the Acolytes - HHH is in the ring with Bradshaw and calls "Clothesline".  Lo and behold, HHH gets clotheslined.

 

Another one I remember was HHH v. Kurt Angle, HHH is prepping him for a superplex, but Angle's still getting his footing and HHH says "Stand up Kurt" rather loudly - it was caught clearly on camera.

Last Monday on RAW during RVD vs. Angle, the ref tells both guys "4 minutes!" - 10 seconds later he is bumped and he calls for a DQ.

On a Raw last year during the Jericho/Benoit cage match the two went to the  top of the cage for a spot and you could clearly hear Jericho  say something along the lines of "gimmie a push"

Slightly off, but it was the Battle Royal at WM 2..   Andre kicked Anvil in the face, who then staggered around the ring for a while then threw himself over the top rope. Embarrasing to watch.

Big Show v Kane  KotR 1999 - Big Show tells the ref he is going to Powerslam Kane.  Even the commentators couldn't cover that up.

 

Even though I couldn't hear what they were saying I remember Austin/Rock from WMXV could clearly be seen carrying on a conversation during a resthold.

Can't really recall any loud spots being called, but seeing Shawn Michaels pissed during his match with Bulldog at Beware of dog was neat.

Matt Hardy/Jeff Hardy Vengeance 2001:  You can hear Matt say "Russian Leg Sweep" and then it happens.  I think there were a couple more in that match, too.

i remember a Nitro where one of the refs actually said

"ok finish it here"

 

You can always hear Tripple H because the crowd goes silent during his matches.

This isn't a spot called out too loud, but I remember a WCW match from 93 or 94 where Sting fought either Austin or Paul Orndorf where Sting got pinned and Patrick counted 1...2...and Sting didn't get his shoulder up before 3, so he had to stop mid count. It wasn't an obvious screwjob type thing, cuz the announcers tried to cover it up...but still it happened.

 

As far as a spot that was called out too loud, my favorite one was HBK calling Shamrock's clothesline just cuz of the way he said it.

At an Real Action Wrestling show last fall, Kingman(recieved a wwf tryout on the RAW after WM) was fighting Joe. E. Legend (Just Joe)... A bunch of us were mouthing off to him, and it was just like krusty the klown...

the one that sticks out in my mind the most is the one from wrestlewar '91 when sid vicious ask's rick steiner if he is ready and rick says yeah and it is clearly picked up on camera. it wasnt the first time i had seen wrestlers call spots many times but that was the first one i heard clearly the second was dibiase-hart at a survivor series since then ive heard several.

 

i always think its funny when you see the guys basically having conversatios during restholds, it always cracks me up

This isn't really calling out spots to load but it was funny. When I was a kid my Uncle took me to see the WWF, during a HOOOOOOOO Jim Duggan and (I think) Bad News Brown match, Duggan was being stiffed and he keep yelling out on top of his lungs, "FUCK," "SHIT," "SONOFBITCH," "ASSHOLE," everytime he was hit or took a bump. It was so funny and all the parents around me who also had kids there were really pissed off about it.

Another one that's borderline for this topic:

 

At a WCW house show during Konnan's US Title reign, he was taking on Big Bubba.  Bubba covers and Nick Patrick counts 1, 2, ...  and he paused for at least three seconds before Konnan finally lifted a shoulder.  That led to a large round of boos (the only reaction the match got all night).  Bubba actually got a pop for threatening to hit Patrick after the match.  He should have just beat the hell out of Konnan until Patrick had no choice but to stop the match, IMO.
