In case anyone is interesting, the set-up caller has been exposed--Savage was telling the truth. You can still have issues with what he said, but you must acknowledge that he was firing back at a crank caller out to get a reaction from him.

I agree that Jackie was so bad that he was good. And I loved the fact that he either goofed on guys like Gary or KC relentlessly, and that he was the *constant* target of EVERYONE's jokes.

 

Artie, frankly, doesn't really do anything for me. He's just there.
