Guest nikowwf Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 Meltzer reports Ultimo Dragon will be taking on Eddy Guerrero in a match tonight. NIKO
ChrisMWaters Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 10-1 that Tajiri interferes on Ultimo's behalf.
Guest nikowwf Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 interfering after a good match leading to Ultimo win doesn't bother me at all. Interfering 10 seconds into the match would, but im not going to bitch about a potential great match. niko
Guest CanadianChick Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 I. Love. Smackdown. Well, this weeks episode at least.
Guest David Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 I'm going to finally look foward to Smackdown! this week
Guest Zack Malibu Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 Hmph. Interesting, because with all the talk of the Eddie/O'Haire pairing, I don't think WWE would stick Sean in there with three cruisers, (if they're building to Tajiri/Dragon vs. Eddy/O'Haire) unless they want them to take some sick power bumps. My take: If they want to do a cruiser tag match, or have Eddy get a partner, take Spanky and turn him heel. His obnoxious bastard routine is the perfect compliment for Eddie's rudo character.
Guest Nightscrawler Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 I probably just tape it and fast forward to that match, since everything will probably be the usual crap.
Guest nikowwf Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 Ultimo Dragon & Eddy Guerrero taking sick bumps to get Sean O-Haire over would be stupid to a degree even the WWE usually doesn't reach to. niko

Nah, Spanky would make a better MF'er. Eddy's character is such that he doesn't need a sidekick.
Guest EternallyLazy Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 Ultimo Dragon & Eddy Guerrero taking sick bumps to get Sean O-Haire over would be stupid to a degree even the WWE usually doesn't reach to. niko yes, if that is the sole purpose it would be very stupid, but maybe being in there with experienced grapplers like Eddie and Tajiri will teach O'Haire how to work, or at least improve I doubt it... but you never know
Guest Zack Malibu Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 Ultimo Dragon & Eddy Guerrero taking sick bumps to get Sean O-Haire over would be stupid to a degree even the WWE usually doesn't reach to. niko Eddie wouldn't be taking bumps for him, he'd be his partner. As much as I like O'Haire, they shouldn't go the Steiner/Sid route and having him squash cruisers to get over (though if they tried putting A-Train over Mysterio, anything is possible).
Guest Choken One Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 If Anything...SOH needs to be SID to Eddy's Shawn.
Guest Nevermortal Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 SOH needs to stop wrestling altogether, and just cut those Devil's Advocate promos.
Guest Downhome Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 It's we're lucky, maybe Eddy will bust out the ol' tequila bottle, ala Juvy/Liger~! I'm looking forward t this match, but damnit, why must we have interference or something in just about EVERY match, especially the cruiser matches? I mean, in WCW we had great cruiser action quite frequently. (Just block out the Juvy/Liger shit!)
Guest The Old Me Posted July 8, 2003 Report Posted July 8, 2003 SOH needs to stop wrestling altogether, and just cut those Devil's Advocate promos. It seems that way, doesn't it?
Guest Nanks Posted July 9, 2003 Report Posted July 9, 2003 Need......Smackdown.......back. Vince.....must.....die.
Guest bob_barron Posted July 9, 2003 Report Posted July 9, 2003 When is Chavo coming back? I think Chavo is coming back next month at the earliest.
Guest Choken One Posted July 9, 2003 Report Posted July 9, 2003 I thought Chavo was 6-8 months? Or was that WEEKS?
LooseCannon25 Posted July 9, 2003 Report Posted July 9, 2003 I thought it was 4-6, which means he would be back in 2-4 months.
Guest bob_barron Posted July 9, 2003 Report Posted July 9, 2003 I thought it was three months though I could be wrong. Didn't he have the same injury as Nash and Kane?
