Something I just thought of

I just saw the Zack Gowan 'splash graphic' at WWE.com and remembered how cool I thought that main event was on SmackDown! last week, and how everything in the match made pretty good sense.

But then I remembered his entrance. He had music. He had a titan-tron. And I thought 'this is wrong'. Lets go back to stipulation of the match - he had to win the match to get a CONTRACT i.e. to get employment. Yet they have this guy walking to the ring to win a contract with MUSIC and a TITAN-TRON.

That has made no sense to me and how can nobody in the organisation not pick up on something like that.

Anybody else pick up on it?

I noticed that too, which is surprising considering WWE did it the right way once before with Spanky getting his contract by coming out to no music until after he was officially "signed" to Smackdown.

Zach will burn out before he can peak.

Wrestling is tough on a person with all their limbs. How long before you think that hip of his is going to go out from all the work he'll be doing in the ring? The only way Zach has any longevity is if they only use him on TV and nothing much else. If they use him too much, I'm telling you it'll be hell on his good leg and hip.

Speaking of Titan Tron oddities, I've always wondered why we are supposed to buy a wrestler showing up as a "surprise" when they have his video and music all cued up and waiting for him. Do they honestly think we believe that when Austin shows up out of nowhere in a vehicle of some sort to trash the set and attack someone, the guys in the Gorilla Position go "Oh SHIT it's him! Cue his music now!!!" Or that somehow these wrestlers have a magic power that instantly starts their music every time they walk through the curtain, like those WWE action figures with the sensors on their feet?

Moonsaults isn't the most easy thing in the world to do.

though some claim otherwise evidently.

We could tell from Josh all happy and excited getting ready to learn Moonsaults and he was the last one to even do it good enough to land on the safetly mat.

try hopping on the only leg you got up the ropes to Flip backwards after balancing on that single leg.

But I suppose that is tooo Easy....

maybe what might impress some of the who gives a fuck crowd is that he Does a one legged Space flying Tiger drop.... He can't...but I guess if he could that would be something.....special... from a one legged guy...

since they do so much in wrestling anyway...

He can hop around on one leg. It's cool that he's made it this far with his disibility, but if he had 2 legs and was doing the same stuff, WWE wouldn't give him a 2nd look.

Why should I give a fuck about Zach Gowan? Wow- one legged boy lived his dream- GOD BLESS AMERICA. His character is such an annoying little shit that it's impossible to like the guy.

And the one legged moonsault didn't really impress me. The fact that he can even defeat anyone with ONE leg is just so unbelievable that I can't take him seriously.

I hope the novelty of his little act is a short one as I am SICK of him hogging airtime. Say what you will about Vince, Stephanie and Sable- But at least they have two legs

For the music/Titantron comment, they did the same thing with DDP when he came out at KOTR 2001. To get into the PPV itself, DDP bought himself a front-row ticket. As the show opens, the "hated WCW wrestler (by Vince) and spectator" DDP starts walking down from the upper deck and into the front row, complete with music and titantron.

Also a good point.

A one legged guy doing a moonsault impresses me in the sense that I probably couldn't do it.

But then again, I can't fit a thanksgiving turkey in my ass either, and that doesn't make me want to pay to watch someone else do it.

Dont worry BB, he will go to Raw soon enough and as soon as HHH goes near him he is DOWN AND OUT. And Vince wont save his one legged self then.I do think that your being an ass hole for calling him a one legged bitch though. For one leg, he DOES have talent. Who cares if he had 2 legs HE DOESNT and he will never have two real legs ever again.......so he has one leg and IMO he is doing fine with what he has. BB, why don't you fucking cut off your leg THEN try a moonsault? And in WWE, he wont be living shit for long.Unless his dream is to be in a fed thats storylines suxk most of the time AND in a fed where one man is ruler of the world(WHHHore)

In any event Like i said ORIGINALLY before someone had to light a match.

Zack will be in the WWE but that doesn't mean we will see him on tv past this angle because of the fact that Alot of two legged midcard wrestlers don't want to face him and or Lose to him.

So bitch and moan about the novelity it won't last long.

unless they make Zack a Commissioner or something
