My favorite wrestlers -- RVD and Jericho -- didn't wrestle, but Rodney Mack, Rosey, and Spike Dudley did! I got to see Randy Orton shoved down my throat again; I still don't see anything in this guy that warrants such a push. God...I hope we don't have to see Orton vs. HBK in a high-profile match at SummerSlam. If Orton interferes on behalf of Y2J next week, and costs HBK the match, I'm not ordering SummerSlam. Orton sucks and can't hold a candle to guys like Eddy G, RVD, Benoit, Cena...etc. Even Goldberg who is supposed to wrestle HHH at SummerSlam has been absent for the past 2 weeks. Goldberg can even be entertaining in his matches, albeit brief squash matches. We had to see Booker T vs. Christian AGAIN!!! This is why the brand extension sucks: we'll have to see the same matches every fuckin' week because of WWE's inability to be creative. And the Kane angle at the end? This isn't 1991 or 1997. I'm laughing at Kane the Retard and I hope everyone else is, too. Looks like we'll have a PPV in disguise next week ala Clash of the Champions, with two monumental matches: RVD vs. Kane and Y2J vs. HBK II One has gotta like the conceit of promoting matches ahead of time, but dislike the fact that both matches will be on RAW and quickly forgotten in two weeks. Goldberg wasn't on the show for a reason- He's injured.

Since he can't wrestle there's no use having him on the show All the same, they really need to figure out a way to keep Goldberg on the audience's mind if they want to make anything out of him. By the time he wrestles again, it's not going to be "It's Goldberg! Yay!" It's going to be "Oh, that bald WCW guy is still here?" Since he can't do promos, I have no idea what else they could do with him though.
