I have been, as we all have, dying for the return of Smackdown. PPVs are almost just gravy at this point! I guess the still strong selling of Ruthless Aggression got Vince off his ass.

Fucks me as to WHY that's the case, considering there are a heap of other channels exactly like them that are for free but hey, I'm not the genius running the place. As long as I can buy PPV's that can be potentially good, then I'm happy. This, of course, means I'll never buy PPV again. M

I'm not sure if having Smackdown will make me hate Raw even more by comparison, or appreciate it more because of the balance provided by Smackdown. I think having the variety will help. It will sure as hell beat having nothing but Jericho to actually enjoy each week. I'll still watch Raw though. What about you guys? Then again, maybe the McMahons really are huge overkill and will ruin SD as well. I'm personally hoping that after losing to Gowen at Vengeance, Vince is humiliated so much that he can't stand to look the fans in the face while they laugh at him, thus giving us another lengthy break from Vince which comes around in between the oversaturations.

I told him about three months before that Brock was winning it, but he didnt believe me. Oh, and I copped a shitload of flak after necrophillia from some of the guys because I liked Triple H in 2000.

Why did you 'cop flak' for that? The angle took place in 2002, two years after the said period in which you were a fan of Triple H. I'd kick all your friends square. Besides, Triple H was the shit in 2000.

It had a solid user base and although the popups were annoying, there werent too many marks there. Then came Global warning and all these uneducated pre-pubescent teens joined the mix. It settled a few months later and and they moved to WNA. All was good in the beginning, although slowly but surely the board was overtaken by Kliq's, postcounts, awards and discussions about non-wrestling topics. The boards are one big popularity contest. It has gone from a board of wrestling fans to a board of users who like wrestling. I have better things to do with my time than to sift through that crap and talk to people who don't listen.

Not to mention the 120312739081 threads I have to deal with about Smackdown being back! The site itself is fine, most news is posted quickly and there are normally tons of scoops.
