RVD Was The One That Injured RVD Again!

Recommended Posts

RVD has to be doing this on purpose; he hasn't injured anyone during his tenure in WWE other than HHH.

Next time, I hope RVD puts HHH out of action for good!

RVD isn't doing anything on purpose.

HHH is in very poor physical condition.

That's why he gets hurt against RVD. RVD can't pull everything the way all of Criple H's opponents do, and the slightest contact puts HHH on the shelf.

That's why it keeps happening.

The man has a point.

Years of steroid abuse makes muscle tissue exceptionally thin and prone to tearing with little to no force needed.

This is just the beginning, Hunter's true decent into wheelchair hell is just about to take flight.

World Heavyweight Crutches Champion, anyone?

M

I don't know if HHH's prior physical condition had anything to do with this injury. A hematoma forms after an impact/trauma on a specific area. Basically the blood clots in that area, which doesn't have much of anything to do with how well built you are.

Of course.

This particular injury is merely an exception. I was, however, referencing to future injuries that are most definetely ahead of Mr. Levesque due to his drug problems.

RVD's not just injured HHH as well. I recall Angle becoming rather disgruntled in the past with RVD being so stiff he almost caused serious harm towards him in a match.

Serves the idiot right. If he isn't going to be professional and work in a way that compliments the product but also shows consideration for his fellow workers, then he deserves the wrath of Hunter Hearst Helmsley.

M

You are talking about 2001, which i believe was almost 2 years ago. Since then RVD hasn't stiffed anyone as far as i know except for the crippling one. Anyway wrestling is a very physical business and accidents will happen, RVD is not the only one that has injured someone by mistake, Brock almost killed Bob Holly with a powerbomb and that wasn't an accident, Owen did it to Austin, Rock did it to Ahmed Johnson, and so on. But since you are an RVD hater you just can't wait for him to get bury.

I cannot wait for him to get BURIED.

You'll find that RVD has always been criticised for being too stiff whereas The Rock, Owen Hart etc. were, in many cases, just one-offs.

Ahmed blows them all out of the water though, and look how he ended up.

There is a difference between a mistake, and being sloppy. However, since he doesn't seem to injure anyone other than HHH, Vince should just do the smart thing and not let them in the ring with each other. It is hard to say where the problem lies. HHH has been hurt other times too.

Angle being disgruntled is not the way I remember it, I recall hearing that RVD wanted Angle to stiff the hell out of him with those nasty Germans. I dont think it was a case of Angle being so pissed off at RVD that he tried to murder him with those German Suplexes. I dunno, maybe I'm wrong

That's how I remember it too. I remember reading somewhere that RVD wanted Angle to drop him on his neck with the Germans so they looked really nasty. I also remember finding that hilarious. You don't read many news items about guys wanting other guys to drop them on their necks.

Now he too will be set on fire by Kane on Raw. Then lose a hair vs. hair match to HHH. THEN feud with RODNEY MACK.

-Triple H missed a house show match last weekend and has been taking it easy because of a hematoma on one of his legs. The blood clot is said to be the result of a Five Star Frog Splash by Rob Van Dam in which RVD's elbow struck Hunter's leg upon impact. Hunter was back in action on Raw Monday and should be ready to roll this weekend.

Isn't this like the 3rd time RVD injured HHH?

RVD is now my god. He will continue to injure HHH until he is forced to forfeit the title to Jericho.

Hey Chris Jericho for World Champion, who is that on your avatar and what the hell is she trying to do? Is she puking?

She looks like that mute girl from Survivor Amazon isn't she?

Brock almost killed Bob Holly with a powerbomb

Bob Holly's an asshole and ended the career of DDP. I hate him.

Rock did it to Ahmed Johnson

When was this?

*RVD is getting sick of not getting push and asks HHH for help.*

RVD: Yo, Hunter. Dude, I've been in this business for a long time and I was wondering what it would take for me to finally become a world champion in my pro wrestling career?

HHH: Bend over and I'll show ya.

There was one Angle v. RVD match where Rob busted him open and Angle looked really pissed and started beating the shit out of him.

While Bob Holly did deserve what Brock gave him- I don't know if it was his fault what happened to Page

I thought that DDP injured himself by landing wrong during a superplex. If that's the case, then Holly can hardly be blamed for DDP's injury.

Yeah, thats Christy, the deaf girl, from Survivor Amazon. She is talking, but it looked funny so I had someone save the clip and get it online for me.

No he didn't. Brock threw a PMS temper tantrum because Bob Holly was stiff and hard in the ring, like he is with everyone. But because Brock was champ, he felt it was okay to throw a piss attack and break a man's neck.

Brock did something that was unprofessional and childish. Much like when he nearly killed a good chunk of the WWE Roster on the plane ride home from Insurrextion/Rebellion(Can't remember which one) when he tackled Mr Perfect into the door of an airplane. Had he tackled him harder, the door would have broken and they would all be dead today.

I blame Holly for DDP's end (I highly doubt Page would fuck something like that up given his veteran status) therefore Bob gets no sympathy from me for him getting injured.

So you wouldn't believe of it was an accident on both of their parts? God, people get real damn pissy over something like a botched move on their favorite wrestler.

That's a pretty brash thing to say. Even the most experienced wrestler can get injured while doing the simplest thing. This isn't the best example, but Kevin Nash got injured while walking.

Ummm Bob Holly has almost as much experience as DDP does.

Yes he did- Bob was trying to act like Mr. Tough Guy as usual. He was stiffing Brock and sandbagged him on a powerbomb attempt. Brock was standing up for himself and taught Bob Holly a lesson that he deserved.

That's not what you said.

You said-

Bob Holly has been wrestling since 1990 at the earliest. DDP didn't become an active wrestler till around 1991 or 1992.

I didn't know that about Holly. The first time I saw him was in 95 with his shitty Nacsar gimmick.

BB is right. Holly actually has more experience than DDP so that particular point of yours is invalid.

I don't like Bob Holly. There is no excuse for being that stiff, he's just being an ass.

So Brock was right by almost killing Bob, don't get me wrong if one guy starts stiffing me i'll stiff him back but what i won't do is try to kill him by dropping him in the head.

And some people like to call RVD sloppy, but the fact is that he is used to wrestling very stiff in Japan and ECW, that's his style which he has dramatically changed into his WWE slower flippitty flop style.Ahmed Johnson was someone that was sloppy because he just didn't care about the well being of his fellow wrestlers and he wasn't that much of a wrestler.

Oh for christ's sake, thats how Bob Holly is in the ring, irregardless of who you are. If Brock can't handle a guy wrestling like he always does, Brock does not deserve to be in the ring.

Yes, Bob was acting like Mr Tough Guy, but thats how he wrestlers. Other people act mature with stiff wrestlers, for example when Kurt faced Bob in the KOTR tourny leading up to the KOTR 2000. Kurt didn't go and botch anything on purpose to hurt Bob, but Bob had his arm broken in an accident that happened. But Kurt and Bob have no problems today, and they can get along. Brock on the other hand, broke the mans neck on purpose cause he was stiff.

What is Brock gonna do if he fights Goldberg and he stiffs him during the match? Have another PMS attack and break Goldberg's neck? Now, I would enjoy that because Goldberg is worthless, but I would still have a problem with Brock for being an uncontrolable baby.

bubba did an interview about this time last year about how he was proud to have chris benoit drop him on his neck with german suplexes.

as i remember the incident with angle & rvd, it was soon after a tv match where rvd potatoed him, and angle was doing an appearance on a sports show (don't remember which one). he still had the wound, and when the host asked him how he got it, angle responded, "the guy who gave me this doesn't deserve to be mentioned." or something to that effect.

i can't verify that story, cause i never saw the show, but i remember the smarks board being all abuzz with talk about that.
