HeldDown scores its third 8, and second in a row to give it a sixth consecutive victory in the Rating Wars... *Due to MY ruling that ratings that are questionably low or high would be ignored unless good reason was given. A 3 was given for this how, but as I thought it was questionably low and that an explanation was not provided, it was ignored.
